- Compared to dumbbells, the Multi Flight offers many advantages that render the training of the shoulders, chest and back both more productive for the muscles and less risky for the joints. It is due to the fact that the direction of the resistance of the machine comes laterally which is exactly what is needed to train the deltoids properly. To work this muscle with shoulder raises, the resistance must come from each side rather than down as it does with dumbbells.
The Multi Flight offers a proper match between the strength of the muscle and the resistance of the machine which is not the case with dumbbells. The constant resistance provided by the Multi Flight contrasts with the very erratic resistance of the dumbbells. It prevents the excessive cheating we often see with free weights.
The use of the Multi Flight is simple. First, select the resistance of the Multi Flight on the weight stack found in front of you. Then, thanks to a clutch, simply place the axis of the pulleys at the height of your shoulders in order to be perfectly positioned. This adjustment is effected effortlessly through a counterweight system which cancels the mass of the moving parts.
The second adjustment concerns the slope of inclination of the movable arms according to the exercise you wish to perform as well as the range of motion you want to use.
After setting up the Multi Flight, climb onto the platform of the machine. Catch one or both arms according to the movement you wish to perform.

I love this machine! I have one at the gym I attend and have used it a few times under the guidance of a trainer, this machine is on my regular menu, great machine and very low profile. I encourage anyone who sees this machine to give it a try, it won't disappoint. Oh, and of course, I still recommend doing a few face pulls after your daily training.

We have this exact machine at my gym,I tell you it's nothing special and I use dumbbells instead,I cant never get a burn in my shoulders with this

Are you using it correctly mijo? I get a juicy pump when I use it . Also the gym weights and machines don’t work unless you wear golds gym stringers !!

Do what has been tried and tested for decades. This is NOT better than dumbells, at least not proven yet untill a number a great athletes can testify to it by showing their results. Common sense. Don't reinvent the wheel.
I have torn rotators, this machine could make sure I do exercises correctly. Before you try and slight me, been lifting 30 years. I really like it, its a completely NEw machine Ive NEVEr seen! I havent seen any new machines in years. Exciting!
