Hello.
The most ive ever taken is 2mg and it didn't do jack squat. Didn't even make me the slightest bit tired.
How much
Them: Don’t take over 10Mg Me: takes 6 10Mg gummies each night to sleep
wtf
Lmaooooo just take 5mg lmao
@@markjamesjames3212 it’s not that easy, I way 175 so I’m more of a heavy weight. Plus I need more melatonin to sleep because I have been taking it for a few years in dosages of 55mg
I need to try that
Someone should open up a class action lawsuit but I guess thats not possible
Makes me feel dopey not worth it
Yeahhh but umm depending on your metabolism some bodies can handle much higher doses than are typically seen in stores. Same thing goes for Cbd products as well. I often take 20-100mg of melatonin and have only seen positive effects. Time will tell. I take it for it’s antioxidant properties right next to my full spectrum Cbd usually every night and during the day if I feel the need.
I take between 60-100mg most nights, I usually get to sleep around an hour afterwards and am fine in the morning as long as I sleep through and don't keep waking up!
I *always* trust new reports when the reporters talk in that fake TV voice. It means they know what they're talking about.
Uh I have melatonin at home, and the bottle says “fall asleep, stay asleep.” I was never the same.
Salute to the ones taking more than 30MG a day/night 🛌☁️✨
I take 20-30mg every night 🤣
OMG! I sometimes take 30mg!!
I heard it's a powerful antioxidant and anti-inflammatory in high doses true?
@@sami-pe1noanti aging also if that’s your thing
I snort melatonin
That made me gag of laughter
I also snort Melatonin, the gummy ones
So I've been taking 12mg for the past decade...
Been watching and reading about benefits of high dose melatonin, 20-40mg a day, even up to 700mg a day, but that would be expensive
XD who gives a faq bro sleeping is better than the waking world, imma take 10 mg for my first ever dosage i hope to sleep like a rock and maybe lucid dream
exactly me rn
Your content is so touching
I thought this video was gonna scare me straight from taking melatonin. It sounds like the bigger risk is that you’re gonna want to sleep you had while taking it. I’ll take that over me struggling to sleep four hours, even though I’m in the dark with my eyes closed.
i took 30g of melatonin one time... had the worst nightmare i’ve ever had. i woke up screaming at the top of my lungs repeatedly. let’s just say i don’t take over 10mg now.
30g or mg?
@@thekapeboy 30g LMAO.. i was trying to od but didn’t realize that you can’t od on a natural substance..
I just had a nightmare yesterday, and I accidentally took 20mg tonight. I’m a little a paranoid of having a nightmare more vivid than last night, or other side effects
With melatonin my blood sugar levels are prediabetic. I quit. It made me scared af.
It happened to me too
@@thepakerian3948 study was published that melatonin should not be taken with food. Even the melatonin gummies are probably not great. Stick to a pure form in a somewhat empty stomach.
This vid is making me sleepy
A consumer report health editor should not be qualified as a health expert.
Everyone is different. Over the counter meds have no effect on me and I have to take more than prescribed amount of prescrip. drugs to have any effect at all.
Are you like a big guy? Like tall or big?
@@jorgeherrera9735 No. I'm 5'9", 150 lbs.
This helps my insomnia i passed 8 hours straight!
In the UK it’s literally prescription medicine for no reason other than it’s medically useful like WHAT
Jfc that place is worse than Canada
Health experts dont give a f@#$ about our health, so i should take melatonin as soon as possible
If you care about peoples health then why your letting all the junk food to be sold etc.
I do 60 mg barely does anything
Finna sell melatonin as percs to mfs in the suburbs 😈🤷♂️💯😹
👌👌👌👌
Blood pressure med prevents uptake of melatonin
15 mg will make me groggy next day.
I guess everyone is different my perfect amount is 30mg but my max is 100mg
In UK it is not over the counter
I have violent nightmares. Can’t take it anymore
An editor is an 'expert' now.
I have a sleep disorder, restless legs (RLS). Melatonin instantly made it so much worse. It entended to my whole body and became painful. It's not helpful for everyone.
Check for iron deficiency. This is often the cause of RLS.
I have rls. I am trying to figure out if melatonin triggers it. Your post is helpful. Thanks.
Is it safe to take melatonin when a patient is taking aspirin and Atorvastatin
