I honestly can't justify me buying a new laptop even because they all have so crappy keyboards. This is a trade off I'd honestly happily make. Like, they are small enough as it is - for me, at least. What he had there, but better executed - that would still be portable enough. You could put it in your backpack or whatever. That's all I need.

Imagine someone goes in a library with a laptop with a keyboard, except the keyboard is mechanical, its redragon keyboard, it has blue switches, stock key caps, you are reading your book and all of a sudden you hear a sound that is capable of breaking the sound barrier and opens a portal to the 4th dimension.
A magnetic mount that goes over the stock keyboard would actually be practical. That way you can just carry the keyboard separately and attach it in place when you need it
If I'm not mistaken, there is a low profile keyboard that, while doesn't have any sort of attachment system to the MacBook, actually has been manufactured to perfectly sit on top of the MacBook keyboard. I'll post a link when I find it.
isn't it is the same to functions of carrying a keyboard separately? you can use the bluetooth or receiver and then just turn your keyboard on, also having a good case of keyboard would prevent it from damaging electronic board so why don't just use it, less time consuming, same functions
I'm sure if you bought a mac from 2016-2019. It will be keyboard RUclipsrs greatest nightmare. THe key travel is like half a millimeter and sometimes they don't register
