Wow. Good point Matt if Apple and Andriod do not want to support the game anymore there is nothing Nintendo can do
I would imagine if there is a bug caused by and iOS update, etc they will at least fix that, otherwise the game would just die which could cause them legal drama.
time to build some real life offroaders and do a race across the outback wearing yoshi helmets.

I’ll continue playing the game for the foreseeable future, but have the feeling this could be the start of a death spiral for the game and community. Inevitably, some people will stop playing, content creators will have less members and less videos to put out, which will mean less interest from those who do continue to play, and so on. Not saying it’s inevitable, but it’s hard to not see a real decline in the community coming. Hope to see you stick in there Matt.
Thanks for your kind words Davey ❤️ and you're so right in how you're feeling about this, I would describe it as a "new era, as the game begins to slowly sunset" that way it's a little more positive, and it's about embracing this new season. I'll be sticking around as long as I can, but in terms of content creation, something will have to give to keep the channel growing, as in 6-12 months, you're right, the community will have naturally declined further.
I think for me, I will work toward new content types which grow the audience, and are worth it to watch - probably topics with more broader appeal, as I foray outside of the MKT niche. Thanks for your support!
If they keep Mario Kart 7 servers and Super Mario Run online, there is no reason they can’t keep Mario Kart Tour’s
I have to agree, and there are even support tickets where they have confirmed that they will be keeping the game going - no time frame commitment though

Oh, sure! I´ll keep my gold pass activated for a while to get more coins and tickets! My goal is clear after the Anniversary tour! Collect all mii suits to make my plus skill miis broken :D
