As I've said plenty of times before, I don't think Mario Kart Tour should ever end. They should have all tracks and cups accessible and everything in the shop being able to be purchased, with more tickets to level up items.
Nice to see SGK and Matt join in for the discussion. With Madrid being most likely the last city track. I only wish Europe wasn't favoured as much. I feel the upcoming notification will talk about no future tracks coming to the game. I doubt the 2 week tour structure will change. Also with the introduction of something related to Time trials, great discussion

The news article titled "About Upcoming Scheduled Tours" sounds like the game luckily won't shut down at least soon as I feel a clear-cut title would be needed if that were the case, but there definitely will be some major change(s) with the most likely one being no more completely new tracks.

Looking at Tour revenue, it makes less now they removed the gotcha mechanics which was the point. It will continue to make less money yearly and knowing how the next Mario kart game to switch 2 coming soon will kill Tour.
I am in love with Madrid and I think it's a beautiful city track! I think it will become one of my most favorites! What I'm most excited about is when the 3rd variant is released! I'm in love with the museum and the paintings that are in it! When it is released, I'll go into Auto Mode and take photos of the paintings! They're so cute!!!! I am sad that Madrid may be the final city track, but it is what it is. I just wish that they would've spread out the cities more and not just most of them being in Europe. I think Mexico/South America and Africa should have had a track too. The Americas I think deserved at least 1 more track. Another thing I do hope that someday, we will get to see both New York Minute and Tokyo Blur be remade. Those were the first 2 city tracks and I think now they could do so much more with them! But I do like them as they are now! I am kind of afraid of what the upcoming news has to say, but I'm hoping it will be good news! But if it is not, that's ok too because I'll have the memories of MKT and the photos I took! I'm hoping MKT will get no new updates and stay around for a long time! I'd LOVE to be able to play the tours I missed that were before the original Berlin Tour! I do think that some things in the game may change like for example instead of each tour lasting for 2 weeks, it'll last for 1 week. I'm also hoping that we WILL NOT see Level 9! I do not want Level 9! (I just hope MKT won't end as well because I'm so close to Player Level 100!!! I want to get there too! I want my 5,000 points I will get after getting 1st place!) I do believe that Mario Kart Tour IS Mario Kart 9! And I will always believe that! Before I started playing MKT, I did hear that MKT is Mario Kart 9!

I dont think mkt wil end i think it wil get the same treatment as fire emblem Heroes reaching 7 years of course feh is going to continue after that but mkt would have a fitting end for 7 years and after all its pretty inprisive that mkt survivde this long 😎

Also I don't see anyone mention how much money MKT is making overall, especially after the removal of gacha and I haven't felt the need to spend money on the game after that. I'm sure if it made a lot of money, Nintendo would keep supporting it with new content for much longer, but I don't think that's happening.

Honestly... Nintendo put a lot of European courses and THAT'S SO BORING AND REPETITIVE. Like they forgot Africa and latinoamérica! Where Rio, Cairo and México? Madrid was... Good I guess? But like all European courses are the same. Even china was forgotten. Definitely Nintendo need to change
