Some good points and how can the US build authentic and mutually respectful relationships with Chinese political leaders when they keep doing things like sanctioning them?
Issues need to be dealt with through constructive, patient and honest dialogue. It's not about telling each other what to do. It's about about listening and understanding, and step by step making and keeping mutual agreements that align with international laws.
Blinken and other politicians would be helpful to understand more about China's history, culture, challenges and ambitious, including WHY. Their counterparts would be wise to do similar. Both countries need to respect international laws, agreements and principles under the UN -- and avoid trying to undermine democracy, transparency and respect for mutual human rights (which also include the responsibility to respect others' rights).

The answer is simple, the world is about to enter a multi-polar pattern. The national power of the United States is so weak that even its allies can hardly control it. For example, the European Union listens to the United States on the surface, but actually acts more and more according to its own wishes. For example, the United States relaxes arms restrictions on South Korea and Japan. Why let go of restrictions? Because the United States is unable to challenge China alone in Asia, the rise of India. The conclusion is that the decline of US national power is irreversible. Sooner or later, the US must accept this fact and become a real member of the world, not a dictator of the world. If you look at world geography, you will know that North America becoming the center of the world is just an accident, not the norm.

They are making a fool out of Russia without a drop of blood being spent. China knows it has no choice but to normalize relations with the west before the window closes (derisking). Further to this there is no voice in China other than Xi's. US merely attempted to reestablish lines of communication. But just as they thought China denied (military-to-military). Not because they don't want to, because they can't. No one is stupid enough to talk without their masters direct approval. Just a whole lot of nodding slaves to afraid to cross the emperor.
