You’re the reason I’m getting to an amateur level and fuckin everyone up. Couldn’t thank u enough. Words don’t make it clear how much I appreciate dis shit. Keep shining brother
I'm glad I watched this one. I think I needed to hear your perspective on footwork and the fundamentality behind it. I also think it will hone my future training. Thanks! Good luck on your upcoming fight!
Damn dude! I had to comment a second time... this is so good! You're answering the questions I find myself asking and more curious, the questions I'm finding myself not asking!
Hey man hood vid but im curious to know some trainers (not q lot of them) teach a lot of twisting when they punch. But i see toure hardly twisting at all as well as other trainers and people do the same. Why not do bigger twisting does it slow you down or make you off balance or something?
My channel is still a baby but here are some tips I wish I’ve known 2 years ago: 1) Be consistent with your uploads (I aim for one a week) 2) Provide value (educational, entertainment, highlight) 3) Ride trends (speak about upcoming fights, latest fight etc.) Hope these help! 🥊
I have a question: when you are stepping and punching at the same time, forward or backwards, is it better to punch and step on the same side(left punch/left step, right punch/right step), or opposite side((left punch/right step, right punch/left step)?
These footwork videos are exactly what I need as a beginner. Thanks Yuyu!

Great exercises. I'm a big fan of the in and out (boxing bounce) strategy, so if you do anything about it in the future that would be great.
