its possible he did not include it, because its actually not clear how true the story is, however it is worth mentioning that a few different sources say that the actor for king Koopa was switched halfway during the show, be cause of alleged bad behavior from the guy that played him in the first half. interestingly according to a video i watched on the show by youtuber Thomasgamedocs, says that for the second half of the show, king koopa was played by the man who recorded the intro to spongebob. i dont know how true any of this is so take it with a grain of salt

I was on King Koopa's Kool Kartoons on October 9th. It was my birthday and He shook my hand and i got to keep the shirts. But yeah the warm up guy made jokes about feeding the last audience to Rizzo and that the confetti were the remains of their bodies. They said it was a joke to scare us to make us tougher troopas. There was a nice woman there who we gave the helmets back to at the end of everything. I was kinda shell shocked when i met Koopa because of the scare-humor.

I attended Pokemon Park 2000 in Sydney and my memories are as follows:
    - They had hands-on gameplay of then-new Gold and Silver games.
    - They had screenings of not-yet-aired episodes of the anime.
    - They had live shows with actors dressed up as cast from the show. One had Team Rocket stealing the Olympic Torch since Sydney was hosting the Olympics at the time and Ash and co had to stop them.
    - They had large trading card events.

I gotta say that some of the concepts behind King Koopa's Kool Kartoons were pretty clever. It's definitely a satire of the 1950's local kids' shows in a similar vein to how Pee-wee's Playhouse was, but with far less budget so they could make the parody work better. Down to the named puppet, "Mr. Mean Jeans" being a parody of "Mr. Green Jeans" a character from Captain Kangaroo.
Also, another youtuber, Thomas Game Docs, had made a video about the series. He talked to a person or two involved, and it explained that the show was pulled because of the involvement of Michael Eisner, then ceo of Disney. He contacted Barry Diller of Fox, who had been airing the show, questioning why this series was airing despite it being so crass. It got pulled after the 65 episode point because it apparently was weirdly popular with the kids watching it.

King Koopa's Kool Kartoons aired in El Paso, TX too. The cable system in El Paso had two local channels from Los Angeles, KTLA and KTTV (which aired the Koopa show). This show was very weird. I NEVER missed an episode, either!
I still remember the episode where King Koopa's kept hyping up Alvin (from Alvin and the Chipmunks) was going to be on the show. The show went on as usual, with Koopa constantly hyping up Alvin. Finally, at the very end of the episode, Koopa says Alvin won't be able to make it. He insinuates that he ATE Alvin! The credits roll as the camera focuses on Alvin's red hat on a table, with the kids cheering wildly. This creeped me the FRICK out as a kid!
I really regret not recording this show back then. I've really been wanting to watch it again.
