In my opinion and i do mean this is my opinion. Online dating has made people lazy to where, if your single why should l get out and go places to meet other singles. With online dating you can do that in the comfort of your home. Just pull up dating app and create profile and go from there. Ive always been against online dating its haven for people who are socially awkward. Im with Tony get out go places meet people work on your social skills. Stay off these dating apps.

Online dating is a STAIN ON THIS EARTH!! It should be banned, it’s like porn . It seems like it ok because they have made it socially acceptable but it’s really a devil in disguise. It makes people lazy for sure but one of the most worse and DANGEROUS thing is a lazy man. Sounds extreme as I’m making this comment but I have seen the dangers of it. It’s like a casino for finding a partner. You can not Amazon love.
I have personally NEVER met 1 socially well-adjusted, "normal" guy online. Every last one had mental damage. One ended up being very dangerous, and another one after that had an arrest pic up for physical assault of female family members where BONES were broken. In person, the guys are already taken or just don't come up (shy, nervous, afraid of rejection, or largely just disinterested). Very difficult parameters to work under.

This is true , I have been going out even if I go for a cup of coffee on the weekend and I also stopped wearing my headphones to the gym , i also joined a hiking group and met some amazing people , ladies you really have to get out of the house and please dont wear your pajamys to buy groceries 😮
Does it really take all that??? I’m an introvert, so all that exposure sounds absolutely exhausting... When I met my husband, I was pretty “successful”. I went to work and back home, did my own hair, wasn’t out on the town, and still got a great man that makes six figures and treats me like a queen. I’m a living witness that the right man will come when you’re truly ready, mentally and emotionally, to receive him.
I do agree that looking good and dressing nice will allow you to have more guys approach you but I also know plenty of women who don’t dress up, don’t wear make up and look kind of homely and they still get married. I dress nice and put myself together yet for the most part guys don’t really approach me and I’m still single. But I do know a time when I wore false lashes and a sew in I got approached wayy more even out at the grocery stores. I even went to a single’s game night at my church and men didn’t really put an effort to form a connection with women. It’s a weird time we live in now. However I’ll continue to just live right, try to go out more and keep my faith in God. I don’t want to force anything.

I think that marital status alone does not indicate that "they did it right" or "learned the lessons of dating", as many people get married and have no idea of who they married. They, too, may have slept around in dating, maybe even being abused, and married out of convenience or lust. As well, being single does not indicate that a person "does not know what they are doing" or can't offer positive insight to a person who is also looking for marriage. I steer clear of broad, sweeping generalizations.
Ideally, if people were members of a church and attended the denomination most closely aligned with their views on life, they would be privy to an entire network of like minded people, families, and potential connections. Because people have largely abandoned churches, because there is a huge constant influx of people coming into America of all cultures, norms, religious beliefs, expectations, and values, because the spectrum of what is considered socially and politically acceptable in America is ever-expanding, we are like lost sheep wandering around in a sea of everything under the sun, hoping to find a needle in a haystack.
