Does anyone know how to pronounce his name? I want to tell people about him. His playing style reminds me a little of the late great Michael Hedges, the only artist to come out of Windham Hill who didn’t suck.
Lols. I often say my name is like "butter with a y". True story. But to answer your question, it's pronounced butter-ree. My first name is pronounced like the opposite of girl if you still believe in gender differences. Either way, thanks for sharing the love about. I have to disagree and and mention there were a few Windham artists worth checking out. Have a listen to Alex de Grassi when you have a gap (ruclips.net/video/bBi62UIhbWA/видео.html). Wonderful player and composer.
Thanks Jeff. This guitar was made by a pair of incredible luthiers based out of Cape Town, South Africa. Have a look at their website here - www.casimiguitars.com/
