Funny how we discover new things after many hours playing. I recently found a Hollow Stump for the first time. It had two plans and other items. I only discovered it because a dead enemy I went to loot was next to it. Great videos - thanks.
If you ever see an albino radstag don't kill it, instead follow it and it will lead you directly to one of these stumps. (It's name will be observant radstag)
Thanks for the list. Found couple of things useful. Here is two of mine in return: I had a nice collection of technical data in stash from before I had finished the main quest line. Didn't know what it was. Then I heard it's bugged. Let it sit in stash for a while and last week decided to test a theory. I took one out, opened some random loot container (not my stash box), deposited technical data and closed container. When I retrieved the data again as if I just had looted it, it triggered the quest :) On the cripple thing... I target legs one at the time with sniper rifle from afar. Far enough to be not seen. No perks required. Cuts down the amount you need to face later. (Used to do this for legendaries and deathclaws in Fallout 4 survival mode and well... survived.)
Nice vid thank you ❤️👍🏼 a little something for everyone.. You were wearing the ‘Travelling leather coat’ probably one of the rarest outfits in game and really hard to get. I’ve only seen a few and no-one will trade them!
Found something you might want to look at - The greenhouse dome which was recently featured in the atomic store is a great self contained base which protects everything inside it if mobs happen to destroy the dome. I have a bed stash 4 crafting stations, a fusion generator, and plenty of room still. Being able to protect everything for a little concrete and steel is really nice.
Oh awesome. First off you and Juicehead are pretty much responsible for me picking up the game and now you start out with my favorite thing; XP bumps! Thank you so much, I only knew about resting and cranberry relish so this is a new XP bump bringing me to three, oops for Canned Meat Stew also gives an XP bump. Keep up the good work!
13:00 The Forbidden Knowlegde mission used to work just fine and you could deliver several technical data files at same time, altough it didn't gave you better rewards. Now it only accepts one at the time, and the rest on your inventory are useless and you need to throw them away. One more thing Bethesda broke instead of fixing the rest of the game.
I remember buying almost a hundred from a player. I put them in my stash and I could take them out, one at a time, and trigger the quest each time. I farmed the event for an hour or two until I got the reward I wanted. I thought it was good that you could do that. Shame they nerfed it :-(
Some people use technical data and bobby pins as currency. Both weigh nothing and both are worth 1 cap. So if you are holding 50,000 bobby pins you effectively have 50,000 caps. Sure it would take some time to convert them to caps but you could do it and it allows you to bypass the 30k caps limit.
Riff Raff I like the concept but the conversion would take too long, it would take 22 days to get 30k and you won’t be able to pick up aid items that you don’t use for selling, waste of good loot
If you don't have a door going to the generator room enemies wont get inside. Place the doorway where you want the power cable to run through and attach it to something outside or a conduit on the edge of the doorframe(can be angle to attach from inside) then change the doorway to a solid wall, and don't use half walls. Leave nothing inside but the generator and no doors or windows and nothing will get inside. Instead of attacking the generator they will try to destroy a wall first to get to it and if you put it on a second floor instead of ground level only ranged enemies like scorched or stupid mutants will attack it. When enemies spawn inside the CAMP it is because someone was either at the camp or ran by it and triggered the camp attack but they didn't kill the spawns. Once they left the area the enemies despawned to save server resources. Then when you or another player comes to the CAMP they are respawned in random spots in the CAMP. If there's a doorway to a room they can spawn inside that room, the system doesn't check for doors so locked or not they can be inside. You can trigger the same in FO4's settlement system by making a room NPC's can't get into because they are too stupid to jump over something, leave the area and return to find one inside the room. Or in the CK from Oblivion to FO4 you can create an area NPC's can't get into because they won't jump, in a town and as long as it is navmeshed the game will randomly plop an NPC into it when a player goes there, it's the same system. Area is navmeshed so NPC's can be in it and CAMP foundations and floors are all navmeshed.
@@InnovSurvivalist also you probably built right on the enemy spawn point, so if you move your camp over a bit and fully close up the generator you shouldn't have that problem. its not that they warpping thru walls they are most likely just spawning right inside bause thats there fixed spawn point. also closing up the walls around your gen will help as well because if there is a open door the enemy pathing will allow him to get there.
The workbench trick is hilarious, I did that in one camp that had a locked door which earned me an angry frown emote from the camp owner. The only good thing about shotguns is their ability to cripple limbs, especially for flying scorchbeasts, otherwise you are better off with melee weapons due to the short range of shot guns. Great video as always, thank you!
Thank you Grayson. It used to be even funnier when the interact key was auto. Sometimes I'd try to jump or so and I'd end up in a workbench somewhere in player Camps.

The only glitch I know of for the Technical data is when it multiplies itself in inventory. You can only turn in one at a time for the quest Forbidden Knowledge. If you turn more than one in it will only count one but take them all or glitch the rest so that they are unusable. But it can be turned in endlessly and server hoping with an established route will fill the desks, safes or blue and orange file cabinets that did not have Technical Data with a chance to spawn one if you DO NOT loot the other items in said desks or blue and orange file cabinets. I have a certain run that I use to farm technical data so I can get the T-60 series BoS paint. So depending if you are a completionist or just like the BoS you can farm this endlessly and turn them in. I have three characters and they all have the full T-60 paints as of today. It takes around 100-200 turn ins to get one to drop, there are 6 since "Initiate" has become a legacy item. Fortunately my first character was able to get the Initiate before it was taken away. If anyone wants to know my route is Camden Park safes, Charleston Harold and apartment next to it (this has file cabinets and safes that can spawn data, Whitesprings military section desks and desk in cell area (torture), South Cutthroat Camp/Pleasant Valley ski Resort/Pleasant Valley Cabins (all in one location, all safes), Toxic Larry's meat and go (safe in cabin and safe in outhouse lower right in dirt), Sugar Grove (Safes and Cabinets), Robco's Research Center (safes and cabinets), and Watoga High School. There are other areas but this is my run. Basically any place that has safes or blue and orange cylinder cabinets has the chance to spawn data. BTW great vid I watch your channel a lot for news and updates. Also have you found the crash alien space ship yet?
Thanks for your insights! Any idea why a gun turret inside the base seems to ignore animals that spawn inside the base? I have wolves and mole-rats that often spawn inside my building so I put a gun turret on a table a few feet away. I often fast travel back to my camp to see them chewing on my crops, generators etc.. while the turret simply ignores them. Defensive ground spikes seem to work but there are many places inside where I really can't put them. Thanks
I don't know if you knew this but when you pick up the technical data and get the forbidden knowledge mission to start if you find another technical data and don't pick it up then you can just do the forbidden knowledge mission then you go back to that place where that other technical data is and you can pick it up and then you can do the mission again. I did it once though like a month ago so don't really know if it works anymore or does that technical data de-spawn if you take too long but for me it was less than 10 minutes what it took me to pick it up but obviously if you crash or switch servers it won't be there anymore
@@InnovSurvivalistYes. You can only turn in 1 Tech Data at a time. Any others in inventory are inert for quest purposes. @@InnovSurvivalist it's true - it's not a daily quest it will trigger whenever you pick up technical data from a world spawn (not from a player drop or vendor). It doesn't change the chance of you getting things like the rare T-60 BoS paint plans. So if you find several pieces around the Whitespring bunker - pick them up and turn them in one at a time.
There is actually a third type of recipe. It looks like a note, but isn’t consumed after you read it, allowing you to pass it on to someone else if you’d like to do so. The only ones like this that I know of are both in a Blood Eagles rooftop base near Berkeley Springs.
Whenever I "go shopping" in Fallout 76, I put on specific armor. Weightless (since I carry it all the time) leather, so not strong, but with a 50% fall damage reduction on 2 pieces and weight reduction on the others. Using that plus some perk cards, I can carry over 1200 weight at that point, as it's reduced to under 400. But yeah. He'd built it over a long drop. Could be coincidence, yeah? Except someone was waiting down there for me and tried to rad-spam glitch-kill me. ONLY time I heal my rads is before I go shopping... Thankfully I hadn't set off the nuka mines... Light step perk is great! He used a grenade to trigger them anyway, but I'd already started sprinting and jumping as he blasted me with a VERY fast gamma gun. Like... Solid stream of plasma fast. Oh, and while I ran? Guess who popped back in at the same location right as I teleported back to base? And again a little bit later I saw him vanish and reappear on the map again, so... I've been getting griefed a LOT over the past few days. Dunno what's up with that... Edit: oh, and my shopping leathers are also set up with lead lining as well, just in case. Never hurts to be extra careful.
This might be old news, but I just learned it - enemies under the map (like in workshop areas) get hit by molotovs. That's been so frustrating, but now if you get that one last enemy you can't kill just craft a few (easier with the new recipe) and burn them out!
I've been selling technical data for a while and my friends buy it from me and it works 100%. They buy one at a time and do tech data runs in the same session. I've noticed other player doing the same too when buying tech data from my vendor so I'm not sure if it's a bug, but it works 100% of the time. I thought it was a good way to keep traffic in my store because many of them come back 3 or 4 times to get the data since it's only 3 to 5 caps to fast travel to camp venture
The cpu box is most likely used for the wastelanders dlc and that is for the devs to enable the npc’s and show players as Sutton might be a passive location where only you and your team can see each other there, the npc’s and vendors are most likely going to be player based so no one can buy something that you want and you all have separate vendor inventories
This is nothing new. It’s been around for a long time. Watching videos dedicated to advanced building would have got you this info a long time ago (and the indoor garden tip most likely came from something I said a bunch of months back on Reddit, tbh)
It's new to some players. I know I myself get plenty of new tips from her videos, and I've been playing since day 2 (because it uninstalled itself and had to re-download, haha) and there are still things I never thought of or never tried.
I've been seeing something strange at my base location south west of Johnson's Acre. In and around the tree's there are plumes of electric blue smoke that appear for a few seconds then disappear and move around the area. But upon searching all over, I find nothing at all. At first I thought it may of been the Flatwoods monster but I don't think it is. It's weird because I had something similar happen on Fallout 4 and could never find out what that was either.
There's a radio jammer at the R&G Station near Spruce Knob. It's in a camper on a desk to the left as you enter. It depends if other players have looted it or not.
Ok technical data, no mater how many you have in your inventory it takes them all to complete one quest. So 1 or 10 in your inventory it takes all and gives the same reward. Also if another player has ever had it in their inventory it won't be able to trigger the quest or be able to turn in. So if you have a good one in your inventory and find another one, don't loot it. Turn the one you have in your inventory and come back and loot the one you just found. There is no limit how many you can turn in a day, as long as you can keep finding them. Tip: If you search the desks in the Enclave and do not loot the desks that have no technical data, if you server hop it will change the loot in them. Once you loot the desk the desk won't refresh the loot until the next day.
I also found out about the gut shrooms just a cpl was ago and think that the sewers in the burrows is 1 of the most interesting place if not the most interesting place on the whole map that most ppl don't even go full of gd loot specially if you need steel but unlike you I don't seem to get many legendaries from there! Still probably the creepiest coolest place to go run through! Gd vid
you forgot about the walking thru locked doors. Stand in front of a locked door crouch down go into photo mode and move forward to the door and as you reach the door keep walking and hit the tab key to exit photo mode and you can walk thru the door.
Hi Innov! Last Fallout 76 updated made Vault 79 (the one behind the elevator in the mountains north of Bailey Family Cabin) working. The old 00000 password code doesnt work anymore, so you need to door glitch to get inside the elevator, but now the elevator is working and sends you to a new instanced area with the massive vault 79 door and a working computer with lore. Check it out, it would make a cool video!
It's out over 3 months ago, it's called the pawn shop quest. I've covered this a while ago :) Here's the complete guide on how to get your unique Vault 79 code: ruclips.net/video/54WU9-WqjMU/видео.html
Marta, you can hide your generator with the trap trick. The drop in enemy appearances is extremely noticeable. I put mine on roofs, behind hidden walls etc etc and yet they still attacked it. Used the trap trick and 'Nothing.'
The active PC player base is definitely getting smaller. In the same week DarthXion visited my camp I saw Senyra for the first time :-) I bought some toilet paper from the vending machine and sent a friend request. (I caught up at Camp Adams just in time to see you server hop.)
Noticing in the past few weeks, when I collect different collectable items such as teddy bears or Tea pot houses or Lighthouse models and put them in my Stash box for later placement in displays and I log off, when I log in the next day most if not all are gone. Anyone else have this issue or have seen this? Just started a month ago or so.. (??) Thanks in advance.
I swear some times things do disappear on me and I'm pretty sure I didn't scrap it or use it on crafting or a repair. I put things I want to keep in a display or vendor and they haven't disappeared for me from those. You can't accidently scrap them or use them for crafting/repair from there.
Bit late but.. For some reason if you have no loose scrap and are building or repairing it will scrap certain items before it scraps the bulk version. Tested with teddies and bulk cloth, it scraped teddies before the bulk cloth.
the enemies spawning inside your camp is because you build your camp on the spawn point of those enemies.if you move your camp over a little they'll spawn outside your walls instead of inside

Ummm, not trying to be a douche, but the tip at 8:50 is incorrect. There is in fact two spawns for the radio jammer, one being in the watchtower, but one also being on the desk in the train car on the right which is going through the warehouse in the train yard (not the U.S. Army one with an ammo crate, the train car with the open wooden crate with fragmentation mines). Once again, not being mean, just mentioning it for clarity.

I've been getting griefed a LOT over the past few days. Dunno what's up with that...
Edit: oh, and my shopping leathers are also set up with lead lining as well, just in case. Never hurts to be extra careful.
Or power armor, I normally run away when I suspect trap bases.
This might be old news, but I just learned it - enemies under the map (like in workshop areas) get hit by molotovs. That's been so frustrating, but now if you get that one last enemy you can't kill just craft a few (easier with the new recipe) and burn them out!
You can also find the gutsrooms at cultist camps, they are the mothman statue eyes
Buildings without foundations! Wow. See, that's why i watch all your videos. You're the best!!
Awww, thank you, glad I could pass on something useful to you :)
I've been playing since the beginning! And yet I still discover new things I probably should have known already. This one is a great help.
Thanks for sharing this, never ever been inside The Burrows, what a surprise to find a whole new place and quest :D
Absolutely love watching your videos!
Thank you Carlos, I'm glad you do!
Has any one else been losing tons of legendaries thru the floor off the map?....I've lost so many these last few days
In the Borrows it happens to me a lot.
When this happens, wait for a bit and it’ll come back up as a meat pile
Love the video, very Informative! Keep up the good work.
Much appreciated!
Actually really appreciate the notice. Keep up the great content!
Thank you very much!
New video! Happy time lol
Aww thank you, I hope you enjoy!
Lol. I was just approached by a Mr. Handyman Bandit who had Nick Valentines voice and some quotes from fallout 4
level 598 and I learned 2 new things. Thanks....
Well, better than none I suppose :P
BRUH
I also found out about the gut shrooms just a cpl was ago and think that the sewers in the burrows is 1 of the most interesting place if not the most interesting place on the whole map that most ppl don't even go full of gd loot specially if you need steel but unlike you I don't seem to get many legendaries from there! Still probably the creepiest coolest place to go run through! Gd vid
Thank you! Yeh, it's a highly unexplored area, I think lots of people forget about it.
FYI - You don't need to waste your Perk points on Fireproof, just run the dense mod on your chest armor. I hope it helps.
I was extremely disappointed when I found out the haunting was fake
Yes me too, I actually though there was some lore into it and I'd find out... but I found something else instead :(
@@InnovSurvivalist maybe there will be npcs there who think the same as we did.
you forgot about the walking thru locked doors. Stand in front of a locked door crouch down go into photo mode and move forward to the door and as you reach the door keep walking and hit the tab key to exit photo mode and you can walk thru the door.
Interesting... I didn't know you could do that.
@@InnovSurvivalist I do it when I launch a nuke cause I do so many in private server.
@@InnovSurvivalist Wow, i feel stupid! Thanks ill head over there right now!
Marta, you can hide your generator with the trap trick. The drop in enemy appearances is extremely noticeable. I put mine on roofs, behind hidden walls etc etc and yet they still attacked it. Used the trap trick and 'Nothing.'
Someone mentioned if you add no doors, mobs can't spawn in that room, still need to test though.
The Radio Jammer can also be found in the alien autopsy TNT dome, and a couple of other locations as well.
Interesting, thanks for sharing!
The active PC player base is definitely getting smaller. In the same week DarthXion visited my camp I saw Senyra for the first time :-)
I bought some toilet paper from the vending machine and sent a friend request. (I caught up at Camp Adams just in time to see you server hop.)
Yes, a lot of people are on a break with so many new games coming out.
Thanks in advance.
Hmm never noticed that but then again I rarely store junk items.
I swear some times things do disappear on me and I'm pretty sure I didn't scrap it or use it on crafting or a repair. I put things I want to keep in a display or vendor and they haven't disappeared for me from those. You can't accidently scrap them or use them for crafting/repair from there.
Put them in your vendor for a ridiculous amount so they won’t delete happens to me
Bit late but.. For some reason if you have no loose scrap and are building or repairing it will scrap certain items before it scraps the bulk version. Tested with teddies and bulk cloth, it scraped teddies before the bulk cloth.
Ever run the obstacle course located at the Pheasant
Icon in the forest region? Video that! ♥You ROCK!🎸
Nope, don't think so why? Thanks!
nice video Marta... out of 22 things to learn I thing I learned about 20
Oh wow, that's quite a lot. I'm glad I could help!
Been to Car Henge a few times and almost always get legendary spawns here 😄
Really? I went there over 5 times and never found any.
Love the vids keep it up 🤙🏼
Thank you very much!
Thank you for the great informative video, awesome.
Thank you Nathaly, always a pleasure to read you :P
Where did you pick up the recipe for the gut shroom soup?
No idea, I thought it was auto.
@@InnovSurvivalistAhh, awesome. I'll check it out as soon as I can get on FO76 later. Thanks again!
Orange flight writer is just simply black box. It's orange and spherical but it's black box :)
the enemies spawning inside your camp is because you build your camp on the spawn point of those enemies.if you move your camp over a little they'll spawn outside your walls instead of inside
I've seen mobs spawning around my base in different places, I thought the spawns were random?
@@InnovSurvivalist nope I have two spawn points on either side of my house , always the same spot so I've set missile launchers at those spots never had a issue except if it's moles they are able to warp in thru floors .
Thanks for number 13. it really helps
I'm glad you found something useful :)
Where do you get the Gutshroom recipe
Hmm it's automatic I think, get some boiled water and the shrooms.
I saw a car henge on a sculpture doco on tv. Is the in game example the actual one?
Technical data is not bugged. You just need to deliver them into Camp Venture one by one.
It is bugged, sometimes it multiplicates in your inventory and disappears as well.
Did you know you can jump through the big square windows
Yep, I know that one,
I didn't know about the terminal at the Alpine Cabins lol.
I use wood and warehouse walls mixed together to give my camp a more wasteland aesthetic
I see, well lots of people believe it uses less budget but it's not true.
I think the walls used to take different budget amounts, but after an optimization a while back they made them all the same.
How about the strange giant head at Tanagra Town? It's almost at the top when you enter a tunnel.
The effigy figure from the Cult of the Mothman.
New to fo76. How do you add items to a shelf????
Now that we know the BoS is coming, the techdata may change.
There’s a radio jammer on a roof in a skeletons hand at Camden park 👍
6:52 If you REALLY want to know, use this mod --> www.nexusmods.com/fallout76/mods/513
Ohhhh that could be actually useful for testing stuff :)
I learned a lot of cool stuff. I am a noob that's under level 100. This was so cool
I'm glad that was the case, cheers!
Will FireProof help against Mirelurk Kings as well?
Sadly no, only the scorched sonic waves.
This video is now a year old I just noticed but I came to say that the radio jammer can be found all over the place
Radio jammer is also in a Tnt dome
I remember in the beta and alpha I picked up a lot of radio jammers from trash cans
I don't think you can find those anymore on trash cans.
How do you have so much carry weight?
You can find all the answers in this one: ruclips.net/video/omouf6dZsmo/видео.html
Hey sumthin fr u to look into. I play regularly almost everyday. N ive. Noticed every once ina while I'll hear a guitar strum from outa no where I play with music off n its rather random. Ive found nothing explaining this on wiki. Have u experience this or others as well i dnt expect a reply just sumthin fr ya to look into. N thnx for your vids. I enjoy them and the info is useful
I think it's a weapon that does that sound, I often hear it during the SBQ.
I know weapons like the guitar sword or death tambo make sound. But I use a cultist sword only on a pure melee build. N its at no specific part of the map that ive noticed sofar. But either way thanks for the reply. N keep up the good wrk fr the fallout community
Car Henge. Henge. Not Edge. Thanks for the laugh :).
No problem, my mistake :P
It from fall out 4 far horbour dlc in dimas memory the red block
As far as the Forbidden Knowledge and Technical Data goes, I think Bethesda has fixed it so it couldn't be abused as easily.
Someone said you can still do it unlimited times with some trick... :( So maybe not.
Also I built a camp dead center of the deep water no mobs ever show up except fireflies
Deep water?
@@InnovSurvivalist yup east and a tiny bit south of harpers ferry in that thick part of the river it gets too deep to stand so I built there it's a lil trick in some spots but the trick is placing your camp on top of a floating tire lol or building off of the twisted root place that has loot all over it including a bathtub of toilet paper.
I just found out The old dungeon is closed the first dungeon Bethesda put in also question for u all would you rather be in a bunker for 30 years or would you rather be a ghoul not the mindless ghoul The ones like Hancock 😃. Me personally I choose to be a ghoul
What first dungeon?
InnovSurvivalist the burrows in harpers. Ferry every server I join it says in inaccessible but I been busy on 76 I haven’t been in that area in a long time. Or maybe it been closed and I haven’t notice it
do you know anyone selling an explosive 50 cal (PS4)
Nope sorry.
InnovSurvivalist shoot, but thanks anyway. love the vids!
I build an inside shotgun turret for the enemies that spawn inside.
That's great when you have space and wide rooms :P
i think yer last point is you built on a spawn point of a creature, no?
For some reason in the last two weeks I've watched like 3 or 4 videos with people calling Stonehenge: Stone Edge or Stone Hedge. Was there a name change I missed? 😂
I miss saw it in wikipedia actually xD I wrote stone edge on google and the monument pictures and entry showed so, I assumed I wrote it right LOL
@@InnovSurvivalist Don't worry you aren't the only one! 😂😁
So someone can get a radiation rifle and kill someone whose pacifists? That shit does like 50 radio damage per shot
Never tested it to be honest.
I need that cat back pack I hope it comes to the shop
It should return to the ATX this summer :)
What is your build
Bloodied strength build.
I love listening while wreching on trucks at work...is that wierd?
I listen to videos all the time like a radio, so I guess it's not weird.
Nothing like crippling a Sheepsquatch
Awww, the animation is like the deathclaw isn't it? As far as I remember!
InnovSurvivalist yep pretty much the same , satisfying to do lol
Ummm, not trying to be a douche, but the tip at 8:50 is incorrect. There is in fact two spawns for the radio jammer, one being in the watchtower, but one also being on the desk in the train car on the right which is going through the warehouse in the train yard (not the U.S. Army one with an ammo crate, the train car with the open wooden crate with fragmentation mines). Once again, not being mean, just mentioning it for clarity.
Yes, I thought there was only one spawn for the radio jammer.
I found out you can walk through the tall brick window
Aw yes, that's a very old one :)
What do you play on?
Hey what happened to vault 51? The door is broken and it's all rock. Has it always been that way?
I'm afraid so, you could never enter.
@@InnovSurvivalist So when first found it shows the number 51? But after entering Nuclear Winter, the door physically breaks/cracks, exposing the rock surface behind it? I'm just talking about how the door looks, not about whether it's operational.
Hi its stone henge not stone edge
Poor mad dok grot I feel bad for him with that lunch in his head
Lunch? o.o
Warhammer 40k lore
Hey Friend ... What about a vidéos about best : mêlée / sniper / explosive ... Chzracter ?
Sniper? I am using a strength build :)
@@InnovSurvivalist i was thinking about you showing the bests builds for mêlée (strenght) .. explosives .. etc
Did you have to find a plan for the soup?
Don't think so.
There is also a radio jammer on the desk in the room with the barn doors where you walked up stairs .
I build from wood cos it cost too much to repair anything else
I like visiting car henge
It's surely a different and distinct location :)
i have 215 technical data from this bug lol
I had 70+ last month, then one day they were mostly gone.
InnovSurvivalist are they still usable even if they’ve been duped accidentally?
Where are u from?
Portugal.
jammers are not so rare.. i have found themm in very many different places.. perhaps you have just been unlucky
