Yeah honestly i saw some other guy saying, on the menu hold ctrl and put your cursor on the effects circle so u can scroll with your mouse and disable the sound effects, plus watch some videos about how to lowee your MS try making it around 4 MS atleast idk if you got a good pc but if you do gettin over 4 MS is too laggy trust me i almost quit osu with such an high MS
