Thank you very much for all the constructive feed backs & encouragement 🙏I will work hard to & improve my Taijiquan even better.Really appreciated & thanks to all my teachers especially Master Wee Kee Jin!Its very important to learn Taijiquan from right teacher but not just from videos.Good health to all👌
That was beautiful sir, I have just begun to learn Tai Chi. I am a student of jook lum spm around 15 years now but I have always wanted to learn tai chi your form is impeccable, much admired thank you for your time and help 🙏 .Looking forward to your continued instructions and advice.
This great spiritual master is very unique with super powerful yet super peaceful performance! I am watching this clip over and over and it is teaching me something new each time. Thanks for sharing.
I have studied martial arts and yoga for over 45yrs now and recognise a master when I see one. Master Daniel's Tai Che is beautiful to watch, Tai Chi, to me, seems to cover the benefits of both Martial arts and Yoga!
Steve brin Also me i started with toga. .....and after kung fu......my eies see kung fu as a external style of yoga........also .y eies see that many things of tai chi are included inside the jeet kune do of bruce lee......
The whole Chi thing sounds woo-woo until you see a Master give a performance and you can't help but observe that it seems less as if he's moving than that he's being gently blown around by some invisible force. Its how I at least can observe 'Chi', this was beautiful . . . . like a dance
Sublime. Such truly awesome integration of skill and beauty. A real master. In every sense of the word. I’m resurrecting my tai chi after a little while, and this video is inspiring me to attain a new level of expertise. I’m so glad I’ve found this video. Thank you…
Master Daniel Tan's 24 form interpretation is amazing and beautiful. One single detail: Master Daniel never touches the ground with his feet in-step-between, he always make a full and long steps, despite he does the form in very low position. I've never seen this before. Sifu Daniel, thank you.
I've see a lot of Tai Chi videos on here and there's some great ones out there but this is the first video I've come across where the movements are like that of poetry. Beautiful flow!
There is something about Tai Chi which is like Chinese calligraphy where different calligraphers write the same Chinese character with the same strokes but the end products look different. For those who don't know the language, well, it's similar to English handwriting. Our handwriting are all different even if we are writing the same word. But Chinese calligraphy is more than just handwriting; it's an art. I think this performer does his Tai Chi too "textbook style", and there is missing that artistic expression of the art. If you break up each of his 24 movements, they would be good for instructions for learners. It would be like teaching a class of students the correct way to write the alphabets A - Z. But when you string them up and perform it as he did, it does not look quite nice (in my opinion) though you cannot fault his movements.
On aimerait savoir combien d'années de pratique pour un tel résultat. Maîtrise parfaite de son corps et de l'esprit. Mais à quand une vidéo qu'on puisse regarder en faisant en même temps, professeur de dos donc ?
I used to love this when i saw it many years ago. Still very good, looking at it now. The 24 Form has a serious flaw. When shifting weights onto the back leg, knee position not aligned with toes. This causes knee injury. The more frequent you practice, the heavier you are, the worse it get.
I assume you are referring to the end of grasping the sparrow as that has the rock back as does the end of parry > punch. In general the issue is a lack of ankle flexibility. Go watch the 24 performed in competition. You will find some practitioners with unrivaled flexibility very low generally good alignment. Those with even average range of motion compensate by not having the foot in alignment and forcing the knee down further. It is much better to properly align these joints when performing and work on stretching them in order to increase your range of motion.
Soy ignorante en esto pero siento que no solo el cuerpo se mueve si no que tambien el espiritu y la mente ,o no ?se ve muy bonito como si relajara y dara paz
bear in mind taichi is gimnastics and meditation mixed together. Some will focus more in the meditation, some more in the gimnastics, but I recommend not to fall for the "Feel the Chi" theory.
MikesMovies You just get up n start brisk walking in the park for few months, n you Will See immediate result. Taichi is not easy for the knees. Taichi for arthritis routine by Dr LAM is better Option for you.
This is the best one I have ever seen! Thank you
Gracias...maestro..❤😊😊

Agree or disagree, please leave a message. So that we all could learn.

beautiful....
3 mistakes: 1) 倒巷肱,前腳不是扣腳,应是搌步; 2) 蹬腳時,腳起得太快;3) 右下势獨立,左腳应搌步。参考李德印或邱蕙芳的示范作比较。
Marvellous.
