    I'm not even that much of a foodie, not on a professional chef/ passionate level anyways, but there's something so mesmerizing about how you talk about the food that makes it so easy to understand. I love it.

    That is so weird! I made this exact dish 3 nights in a row last week!! The only thing I did differently was grill the peaches for that extra level of flavor.

    Made this last night. First time eating burrata cheese. One of the reasons I love this channel is that you introduce many new ingredients. It was simple but so good. I didn't have any peaches (hard or soft) but I will use them the next time I make this dish.

  • @DanliciousFood
    @DanliciousFood 4 года назад +9

    Damn, this is so creative, but those flavors actually do work really well together now that I think about it! Tomato, basil, and burrata are already amazing on its own, but with peaches, that sweetness definitely cuts through the acidity of the tomatoes and balsamic, works really well with the freshness of the basil too! Yum!
    I'm definitely using this as a nice appetizer dish next time I have guests over!

    Wonderful starter. Lovely, fresh and full of flavor. And, you are not weird for selecting the firm peaches. I am the gal behind you that swoops in and picks out all the squishy, overly ripe peaches. I cut them into pieces, place them on a plate and eat them like candy🤩

    Dude, I'm the same way with peaches. I don't like soft, overly sweet fruits at all. In fact that's why I prefer nectarines. Peach flavor with a tang, and a bite like an apple.

I just watched the penne alla vodka video, perfect. You should try my favorite twist on that dish: if you manage to find some speck(a smoked meat similar to prosciutto) swap the prosciutto for that and use onions(scalogno if you have it) instead of garlic.youre gonna love it.peace

    Your recipes are awesome in all cases, thank you for improving my recipe-collection and overall cooking skills, by giving helpful tips!
    One thing I observed in a couple of your videos is the comparably low volume for the parts of videos where you do the commentary afterwards. Maybe you could improve this a couple of decibel, so your voice is equally loud througout the video and isn't overtoned by the music for these portions.
    Have a nice day and never stop doing what you love!
    Greetings

    Hi Steve, long time viewer. Just wanted to say I love the videos and you have a very clear and concise way of teaching. One little thing I've noticed is since you've started doing voiceovers, they're a lot quieter compared to the audio that's paired with the talking head shots.
    Nonetheless, keep up the good work and stay safe
