    Recipe in English:
    Ingredients:
    Prepare Thick Milk (Rabri):
    -Olper’s Milk 1 litre
    -Olper’s Cream ½ Cup
    -Sugar ½ Cup or to taste
    -Elaichi ka danay (Cardamom seeds) powered ½ tsp
    -Kewra water 2 tsp
    -Cornflour 4 tbs
    -Olper’s Milk ½ Cup
    Prepare Caramel Sauce:
    -Sugar ½ Cup
    -Olper’s Milk 1 Cup
    -Olper’s Milk powder 1 & ½ Cup
    -Olper’s cream ½ Cup
    -Bread slices large as required
    -Cooking oil for frying
    Prepare Sugar Syrup (Sheera):
    -Water 1 Cup
    -Hari elaichi (Green cardamom) 2-3
    -Sugar ½ Cup
    -Lemon juice 1 tsp
    Assembling:
    -Pista (Pistachios) sliced
    -Badam (Almonds) sliced
    Directions:
    Prepare Thick Milk (Rabri):
    -In a wok,add milk,cream,whisk well & bring it to boil.
    -Add sugar,cardamom seeds,kewra water,mix well & cook until sugar is dissolved.
    -In a bowl,add cornflour,milk & whisk well.
    -Now add dissolved cornflour in boiling milk,mix well & cook until it thickens.
    -Let it cool.
    Prepare Caramel Sauce:
    -In a frying pan,add sugar & caramelize sugar on very low flame until it turns brown & gently stir pan few times in between to mix.
    -Add milk,mix well & cook until caramel is dissolved.
    -Add milk powder & mix until well combined.
    -On low flame,add cream,whisk well & cook on low flame for 1-2 minutes.
    -Let it cool & transfer to a piping bag.
    -Trim the edges of bread slices with the help of knife & cut into rectangle pieces.
    -In a frying pan,add cooking oil & fry bread pieces on medium flame from both sides until golden & crispy.
    Prepare Sugar Syrup (Sheera):
    -In a saucepan,add water,green cardamom,sugar & mix well.
    -Add lemon juice,mix well & cook until sugar is dissolved.
    -Let it cool completely.
    Assembling:
    -In a serving dish,add prepared caramel sauce & custard.
    -Dip fried bread pieces in prepared sugar syrup & assemble on custard.
    -Add prepared thick milk,pistachios,almonds,caramel sauce,soaked bread slices,thick milk, pistachios,almonds,caramel sauce,soaked bread slices & thick milk.
    -Garnish with prepared caramel sauce,sprinkle pistachios & almonds.
    -Refrigerate until chilled (1-2 hours).

    Prepare Thick Milk (Rabri):
    -Karahi mein doodh aur cream dal ker ache tarhan whisk karein aur ubal anay dein.
    -Cheeni,elaichi ka danay aur kewra water dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur cheeni ghul janay tak paka lein.
    -Bowl mein cornflour aur doodh dal ker ache tarhan whisk ker lein.
    -Ab dissolved cornflour ko boiling doodh mein dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur garha ho janay tak paka lein.
    -Thanda ker lein.
    Prepare Caramel Sauce:
    -Frying pan mein cheeni dal dein aur bohat halki ancch per cheeni caramelized & brown ho janay tak paka lein & bech bech mein few times pan ko stir ker lein.
    -Doodh dal ker acahe tarhan mix karein aur caramel ghul janay tak paka lein.
    -Milk powder dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
    -Halki ancch per cream dal ker ache tarhan whisk karein aur halki ancch per 1-2 minutes kliya paka lein.
    -Thanda ker lein aur piping bag mein transfer ker lein.
    -Bread slices ka edges ko knife ki madad sa trim ker lein & rectangle pieces mein cut ker lein.
    -Frying pan mein cooking oil dal dein aur bread pieces ko darmiyani ancch per dono sides sa golden & crispy ho janay tak fry ker lein.
    Prepare Sugar Syrup (Sheera):
    -Saucepan mein pani,hari elaichi aur cheeni dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
    -Lemon juice dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur cheeni ghul janay tak pake lein.
    -Thanda ker lein.
    Assembling:
    -Serving dish mein tayyar caramel sauce & rabri dal dein.
    -Bread pieces ko tayyar sheeray mein dip karein aur custard ker rakh dein.
    -Tayyar rabri,pista,badam,caramel sauce,soaked bread slices,rabri,pista,badam,caramel sauce, soaked bread slices & rabri dal dein.
    -Tayyar caramel sauce,pista & badam sa garnish ker lein.
    -Thanda ho janay tak refrigerate ker lein (1-2 hours).
