loved your detailed video, i believe its available now,do you do remote video court for Texas county civil court litigation. i done all my discovery. and believe my case could prevail with a summary judgement? plaintiff knowingly under oath, on one listed damages with police report summary stated none of our vehicle from our property damaged theirs. and get this there son was a eye witness and the wife made a statement there was the same gold color paint from my son's car. my son's bumper was prime black. later i gave them in there discovery a photo of a vehicle that indeed was the car. i didn't know the vehicle. they said they a have foundation damage from me over watering and piling dirt that the over watering has done. but i have pictures that trace the elements of excessive negligence and irresponsibility not he claimant. this all happened during 100 year record rainfall totals. and so under nuisance, I violated his right of enjoyment by cutting 2X4 area from the sidewalk to the street which is a easement
public access and parkway. I trespassed and interfered with the way he wanted it to look. i mowed it. it was in a state that was a public nuisance that was a safety hazard, that in acting so, advanced some social interest and vindicated a right as such importance that it out weighs the interference with the plaintiff's protected interest, that I believe was reasonable and therefore lawful. he was also served once with a city code violation for it. i clogged their fence drain from my piled dirt, that didn't let the water drain away. but i have two videos that would state it worked great and 3 city inspection reports that found no standing water on there property. I know. wow. but in all the written statement that i state the plaintiff misrepresented the facts . i say they are actionable and action i could take. i recently learned i should of said, there is legal remedies i could pursue. love to talk. if you think you could help. much appreciated text me first and i will call you back 9am -6pm hours. central time and any time after just call 972-302-1458 i was trying to represent myself as Pro Se, but I'm afraid i could mess it up. and my marriage is suffering a bit. thank again
