@@joeoconnor8344 from what I can find it's 54 charges of "Failure to provide accurate and up-to-date financial information from 2009/10 to and including 2017/18".
But 35 of them are for not cooperating - appreciate your comment though, coming from the other side I never actually took the time to see what the charges were and I'm sure I'm not the only one guilty of that.

City have every right to threaten him with legal action against him because libel and slander can be punishable by law! Sure, perhaps making a lie that he's a Forest fan may be wrong, but that does not warrant him to make such ridiculous claims and lies about the club. This is most definitely more than just "footy banter", this is almost bordering legal action.
Besides, us smaller fans don't have as big of a voice as Goldbridge does. We don't impact the amount of people as the millions that he does. Therefore, he is most certainly accountable for his actions.

Without the middle east, they would have done what they've done with the exception of four years from late 60's to early seventies - nothing. Goldbridge is right. I've always said that City need to take him to court. His laughing at the threat However, Mark I would'nt I work in the court system and it doesnt look good for him in a defamation case. He should look at precedent court decision authority for deciding subsequent cases involving identical or similar facts or similar legal issues and it doesn't look good for him if City took him to court..

If he can't then clip it and send it to the clubs email. They're very happy for our help. I've already sent like 10-15 clips from Goldbridge this season alone. The more evidence we have the bigger the chances of us taking him to court.

If Goldbridge has been threatened, then surely Neville and Callargher must have also received letters? I have lost count of how many times they have said "when City get away it" or "if they get away with it", by that very narrative they have found us guilty. I can tell you now we are guilty of some of the accusations but because the rules we broke we actually broke them before the rules were made tighter we wont be found guilty..... But the truth is yes we cheated massively and we cooked the books hard we made fake companys to be behind the scenes sponsorship yes we have success and that's fantastic but deep down I know we don't deserve what we have and we had a massive head start on everyone

But kinda weird that if the Der Spiegel documents - which clearly show City committing fraud - are not real, that City are not going after Der Spiegel, right? They're happy to go after Goldbridge for calling them cheats, but Der Spiegels articles have been far more damning and yet....nothing.

The 115 charges are in the public domain the fact that city have the financial might to threaten people with legal action doesn’t make them innocent. It just means no one can afford to fight a country when they point it out. The accusations have been levelled at city by the premier league not RUclipsrs. This is just silencing critics by any means necessary in the hope that people forget. Just another shady practice that neither proves innocence nor more guilt but being happy about it only makes you look ridiculous. Enjoy it while it lasts I guess.

The owners, the recruitment, the manager, the players, every aspect of it. Ever since the departure of Sir Alex Ferguson, they've been with 4 or 5 different managers sacking left and right. Louis Van Gaal, Jose Mourinho, Ole Gunnar Solksjaer, Ralf Rangnick, and Eric Ten Haag. They're currently players that are brought by these managers and they lack chemistry within the team. That's how the bad recruitment are in Manchester United. And over here taking jabs at Man City. I think that he is just jealous on our success and our accomplishments. He wants us to be strip away of our titles. He wants us to be buried into humiliation. So we are glad to sue him. Justice will be served.
