    I have the 631 but alas without the trigger. Overall I love how it plays and sounds.

    Is there a reason why this review did not mention anything specific about this Yamaha flugelhorn? If you’re going to do a review of a specific instrument, why don’t you review that instrument? Why don’t you compare it to a Schilke? Why don’t you compare it to the Bach? And why don’t you compare it to different Yamaha’s? why this is a professional model?

      That's probably the mouthpiece you're hearing. The 631 is fairly free blowing.
