Been playing this game since Little garden map was just released and stopped playing a year ago, decided to get it yesterday and was mindblown how much it had progressed-nearly cried getting Roger on the first pull and Oden on second part 2 pull!!! Definitely gonna start playing again!!
i think you should differentiate the captain and sub tier list, it seems to be more fair that way.
No because it makes it more confusing, you don’t know how good the character is overall by that way because if you don’t have a lot of characters you can’t really know how good that specific character is for their captain.
he did the same thing when it came to supports in the rare recruits & I think doing something similar would make differentiating their roles a lot easier

Just maxed my legends special level according to this list.
Collecting a lot of Almighty Manuals really come in handy.
I just got Roger and I'm so happy about it. Never got the featured legend and now it's with this dude. Feels so cathartic after all those years of bad pulls.^^

I'd place Chopper in the same tier as Cora and Ray. Although he doesn't have a broken support effect, he gets rid of almost every debuff in the game for 5 turns and heals for a pretty substantial amount at the end of 3 turns
Pulled V2 Snakeman during anniversary, I pulled Vivi/Rebecca during the French Anni randomly, and the other day I pulled Sabo/Koala on Odens banner.
Yesterday, I got Super Type Sabo and a dupe Kaido on the free multi and I’m getting the feeling this game is trying to get me to play again.

It's your Tier List and your opinion, but next time, if you want to disappear a character, just use right click on your mouse, it makes your life easier.
I still can't understand how Carrot and V2 Kata is in the same tier when Carrot can clear 5 times faster a fight than him...and Speed is your first criteria. There are more like this, but it will be a long list.
If Soba Mask is in A - Tier then definitely bring Luffy-Zoro to A Tier also. They might be not as good as a few months ago but they have 2.75 Orb Boost + Wano Slots + Chain Lock. That makes them at least A Tier imo.

I can still make the argument that quk beard is A tier even without limit expansion. His captain effect is still relevant and his SA is top tier in my opinion

I agree with most of the tiers but i think komurasaki should be at least b tier , her captain effect is way better than v2 big mom, and she has also a very good special, thats my opinion anyways. Great video tho, and happy new years!
hey broskii! i think somebody "waste " his time trying to accomplish something out of your so called trash rayleigh is maybe because i think he loves the character, and if you love something or someone , somebody tends to be passionate about it, and when you love someone or somebody, there's no thing such as a waste of time spending your time devotedly to that person or that thing, just crossed my mind and sharing my thought. more power broskii!!!

Boa3 without any cotton candy, no limitbreak and no forbidden tome, with a going merry ship and just a psy unit I manage to beat a 9☆ difficulty content. The damage output is astronomically high
Who is better like captain between Oden and Snakeman V2?
LuffyLaw and maybe Bullet should fall to A tier in the next tier list, I mean at this point i'd rather have 6+ ray, vivibecca, soba etc on my account over Luffy/Law, also really want to see how you change up the tierlist after Luffy/Sanji which imo make some Luffys (and soba to an extent) way less valuable if you have LS
Maybe you are right for Luffy/Law, but Bullet is amazing , he has rainbow damage ,too broken
@@Fleyana Yeah but outside of garp challenges he's seeing less and less play because his special just doesn't help clear content aimed at new legends and RR with crazy utility, he's still good sure, but I think S tier is for the number 1 option captains and Bullet just isnt that anymore most of the time.
OMG! I love my roger!!! probably the best unit in the game. Cleared so many clashes, forest training and garp challenges with him as captain. Just need Oden now

Chopper removes more debuffs than Corazon for 5 turns instead of 3, has a useful cap ability, quite a few support units available.
Shouldn't Chopper atleast be B tier aswell then? Or does Cora sailor ability/healing tip the scales for you?

Happy new Year! My comment is that the S tier now appears too large... I would probably argue that lowffy is not in the best tier anymore: he don't see much play anymore as cap or sub.

My Criteria:
Tier 0:
Captain and Special are beyond good and evil
Tier 1:
Those characters are pretty strong, but lack in certain categorie. Whether it be a very good captain (Rayleigh) or utility as a captain (Blackbeard) or are too squishy (Kid / V3 Boa) or too restricted as a captain (V3 Akainu)
Tier 2:
Those characters are very good, but lack in more than one way. Too low multipliers (Lawffy without their dual form), simply bad captains (Arlong Crew), not very good specials (Stampede Luffy) or are just heavily nerved by single points (Kaido with NAO, Carrot with Preemptives)
Tier 3:
Characters that are very usable, but aren't as good as the ones above them. Being restricted to very specific captains (V2 Kuzan to Shanks Crew), being finally dragged down by Powercreep (V1 Snakeman) but are still far away from being bad.
Tier 4:
Characters that are kinda usable, but are inferior to everything above. They are mostly there because their specials can benefit your team, but their captains really don't
Niche:
Characters that aren't really good, but can be very useful in very specific content
Tier 5:
Characters that simply aren't good due to simply everthing.
Some characters i wanna quickly talk about:
-V1 Jimbei:
Terrible captain, but he's the closest thing the INT typing has got to an Bobbin or Usohachi
-Onami:
Personally I am using her quite a lot. She is an usable Captain, has an amazing Support and is a pretty good Sub, being resistant to Special Rewind while having a damn strong conditional, as well as healing, which I consider to be one of her strengths
-HW Ace:
Amazing Support, good Captain, very good Special, but personally I think he gets so restrained by his classes. Fighter and Shooter aren't bad, but I feel like there are just many Shooter and especially Fighter Legends that simply exceed him as a captain, like most Luffy Legends that are Fighters and really good. I do think he's very good, and I'd love to get my hands on him, but mainly for his Support, and nothing else
-V1 Snakeman / Luffy & Law:
I know this will start a discussion but I think they aren't anywhere near Top Tier anymore. Their multipliers are only able to reach 4x or above for 3 Turns. Their specials are decent, but we simply have better ones. We have 2,5 Orb boosts with Orb manipulation which simply outclasses Lawffys Special and the main reason for me to use V1 Snakeman as a Sub was to carry that Orb Boost to ignore Interrupts. But nowadays we have Roger, Pudding and even some RRs like Swimsuit Viola who can do that.
I don't think they are bad at all, in fact I adore Lawffys Switch, but I do think they are heavily outdated / outclassed and simply got powercrept. Still they are besides V1 Rayleigh the Legends with the most longevity.
-Arlong Crew:
No question their Captain isn't good. But I do think they are an amazing Sub especially for Low HP Captains. The Base Atk Boost is depending on your health so it's not very consistant, but it's still free damage. And in my eyes their special is simply amazing. I really like comparing her to V3 Hancock. Both give you -2 CD to all Units and both give you a 2,5 Atk Boost with a restriction. Boa gives it only to PSY and Arlong only on Low HP. I don't wanna say Arlong Crew is nearly as good as Boa, but you can't deny Arlong Crew is kinda similar and simply not bad. He IS vastly inferior to Boa, but that's why he is in a lower Tier than her.
-V3 Katakuri:
I think he is inferior to V2 BB. You don't have much HP with him, so you'll quickly be below 50% which is good for his muliplier and dmg reduction, but being below 50% with an HP Pool of approximately around 30.000 means the damage reduction won't mean that much, even if it's 30%, especially since you don't really want to recover HP due to the weaker multiplier, which makes V3 Law infinitely better even though he has less damage reduction.
He is similar to Blackbeard in a way that both don't provide too much to their Crew but pure damage, but I do think BB is also better in that manner. Katakuri is meant to have one big Burst with his ST and Special, which is very good and the reason why I would say he's better for Kizuna, but for high difficulty Content Blackbeard is better because he is more consistent.
Katakuri want's to Burst once, maybe twice if you use double V3 Katakuri, and gives you a bit of takiness depending on your HP.
Blackbeard gives you a constant tankiness, and multiple little Bursts which is incredible good for those difficult levels, cause the rest of your team can solely focus on Utility, which neither of those provide you, since I feel like Katakuri may need one Sub for an additional Burst or to enhance his Bursts.
Maybe I'm completely mistaken since I don't own Katakuri for myself, but looking at it on paper, Blackbeard looks better for me in most categories except for Kizuna's.
But I think that' smore than enough said. If you read all the way to this I really appreciate it and would like to hear your opinions on each of those characters I discussed a bit.

I think v1 snakeman and lawffy deserve the spot bcause the universal cptain.. for someone that dont have many char (like me) they are indeed god tier.. overall its good breakdown dude 👍

Just starting the game up today due to seeing the pirate king himself added. Managed to get him and shanks crew. That decent enough setup to start grinding through the story mode at least? Lol
Yes story is not that difficult and roger shanks combo is really good also you can play them both as captains and they work with almost everything!!!
I got Roger on 1st multi but have to go 15 multis before I got Oden.
They should have included a huge chain boost to Oden's supertype special so the last hit in the chain(the man himself) would hit absurdly hard. It would have stuck with the theme they were trying to go with too.
I thought they should’ve gave him a chain booster somewhere too. With all the unique units coming now I was hoping for a flat 3.5 attack with a added chain booster to his captain effect.

Can someone explain me why V2 BB is not S?
Having the possibility to bring 4 utilities seems pretty OP to me.
He only boosts int, he's a selfish legend, he provides no buffs for the whole team nor any orb manipulation/utility. Whilst his burst potential is the highest in the game reaching the hundreds of millions with the right combo, you don't need to reach those numbers unless it's some sort of ranking event.
This tier list is about clearing content the fastest which is something v2 blackbeard does not do. He's a really fun captain to use though that's for sure.
@@freddyfenton8636 I understand but the point to me is precisely because he clears the boss by himself you do not need buffs for the whole team, and he does have orb manipulation for himself, this allows you to focus on utility with all other crew members while in a normal team you would have had to choose between buff and utility.

Actually if you have Zoro or mihawk they work. Shanks crew, Odin and roger are the best tho

Hey guys could u help me out. I saved up 700 gems F2P, but i only dont have 2 units from the roger banner (Roger, V3 Law) should i pull or rather save for anni sugo fest where the steps are better and i could potentially pull more new units like v3 boa, luffy/sanji, v2 snakeman etc.
Make 4 multipulls that would correspond to 151 gems. If you are lucky to find Roger good, if not, save the rest for Luffy/Sanji.
