I love how many colours you add to what the eyes can see. How do you decide which ones? I can only paint what I can see and my colours are not interesting. I can't find any tutorials on your website on this. Can you teach this technique?
Seeing which 'colours' to use is a not as simple as trying to match what you see in the subject. That is part of it but more important is understand the relationships between the colour shapes. walnut oil in the big one. I use as solvent for cleaning brushes. Small one is a mix of stand oil and OMS.
