in short, wannaCry is a worm transported by internet, and copy itself in your pc and encrypt your data, so, I've noticed that it's widely infects windows 7 version, if you don't have latest update (patch) to block some kind of SMB exploit. and this worm it's special attack so, that the Anti-Virus will not recognize it, and think as it's a normal internet protocol! I accidentally reseted the app preference, its listed with the show system apps and apps that can appear on top after pressing the three dots in the application manager. It reseted all my apps permissions and now I get the overlay thing on all my apps, even my art program apps.. Please help.
If you don't have that option (like me), just go to that app that is floating on your screen, uninstall it or go on it and disable floating, and you should be able of allowing camera and stuff in apps. If it's not a floating thingy like that, you might want to check if there's anything in youe notifications like.. I hope you get me here xD Something that might be the screen overlay interrupter. Allan Neves download the app 'install button unlock' in play store and anfter download activate it. Then go to app which shows screen overlay and click to the permission needed to open the app
I don't know how to thank u for real. I almost had a cardiac arrest cos of this issue. When I saw ur video and u talking about something running in the background I immediately understood the source of my worries. I had activated the Vision and Hearing option in my phone setting. Immediately I turned that off and the icon on my screen was gone, behold my phone was back to it's "right sense". It felt like bubbles took me to the sky for a moment.
Thank you! The app that is overlaying,in my case, is the accessibility touch assistant . I turned it off. It works! I can now edit my app permission. :) I just turned my touch assistant on again after editing my app permission :)

well, I did gave you 3 scenarios about which may cause this issue, I can't say which app is causing your overly screen, unless if I have physical access to your mobile phone, so in general the default app that comes with your device is not the problem the third-party app is the suspicious one.

Your video is one of the best problem solving with slow phase, so anyone can follow and with also different scenario, because people don't really the same phone. I don't really comment on videos, but because you fix i think you should that you help me too.
None of this work? Get the app "Install Button Unlocker." Then, when on the app, you hit 'Permission,' and then you'll probably figure it out from there :D
your video was very helpful because I did everything to try to get my Messenger to work to accept photos and the first part didn't work until I got to the part where there was that little hidden part on the left hand side of the phone I didn't know there was there,,thanks for the vid:)

How do you know if what app is overlaying? Mobizen is obvious because it has a little icon appeared but what if something doesn't have it?
