CRAVINGS: Episode 3 | Viennese Whirls! Melt-In-Your-Mouth Sandwich Biscuits | Georgia's Cakes

My third recipe in my series cravings; a series where I'm sharing with you easy recipes that you can recreate at home when you're in need of a small treat.
Viennese Whirls are my one of my favourite biscuits. The biscuit itself is melt-in-your-mouth deliciousness, sandwiched with buttercream and jam, each bite brings me so much joy!
They're super easy to make, I usually wonder why I don't make them more often!!

Recipe:
125g softened butter
25g powdered sugar
115g plain flour
12g corn flour
Bake at 190°C for 8-10 minutes until golden brown
Fill with jam and buttercream.
Once made you can keep these for up to a week in an airtight container.
