She comes from a different generation so I had to open up a new perspective for her to see that she IS very much creative & always has been. She's actually a self taught guitarist, but never looked at THAT as creative. Thank you for this video today Hindz 🙏🏾

yesterday i was talking with a group of friends about sensuality and creativity and we came to the conclusion that focusing on the things that turn us on in life is incredibly transformative. it not only helps us focus on the positive things, but also allows gratitude to become deeper. and man, was i turned on by this intro!!! also, i have been neglecting my creative side, mainly because it’s been really difficult to find a job in what i love and i just feel drained after working on my current non-creative job. and guess what? the left side of my body is covered in injuries (back, shoulder, knee and wrist). everything is so beautifully interconnected! i am learning more each day with each experience that my artistic side is for a reason. i was created to create. and if i focus only on external validation and don’t tune into the power and divinity of creativity and art, i will literally become sick.
Talk about synchronicity. Thank you for this, your editing is inspirational. I actually lit a candle yesterday dedicated to my creativity, and have just been painting no matter the result. Producing something meaningful to me in the moment. Sticking with it and seeing where it takes me. Much love!

I definitely have a visual and sound main medium just like you but recently drawing has something I've been dabbling in and its made me love creating with fresh eyes again.
Another issue that I've faced with creativity is shame. Being ashamed of what I create, I've written so many pieces and drawn so many things but I always hid it, till someone stumbled upon it and was absolutely mind blown how I created that and didn't share it, the answer always comes down to i thought it sucked, even if I poured in hours trying to create it. But I've been surrounded by really great roommates this year who cheer me each and every time, it's slowly teaching me to do that for myself and with time I've been finding myself attracting people who appreciate art like me and it's still baby steps but I'm just glad I'm a little braver than before 🙌🏽
I actually search "how to be creative" because is start getting down with my art. Seeing others make art and they literally really good at it. When i look at my art, i get so much stress. I want to enjoy so i search up and saw this. Thanks for this video. I'll try harder to make my art better and enjoy more to the process.
I love the idea of creativity as a library and we are checking out ideas! 💡 “Uncertainty has the spirit of a child, it has questions, it’s curious which means it’s full of opportunities” I love this! So important to try new things, and remember in the beginning of learning something new we have to remember that concept of a baby who doesn’t know yet how to walk and jump.
