Sir, only half of the shop is coming under the measurement length. Since half of the shop is going to get demolished we have to shift our shop to a new location. So, I wanted to ask how the compensation will be awarded? The engineer here says compensation will be given only for half of the shop.

For PPP projects - 70% consent is to be taken. But whoes consent is required? Is it of the government official consent required or whether of people who awould setting the benifit of project?
Same is question for 80% consent required by private entities for public project?

How much money govt pay per Acer in rural areas according to act 2013?
What if NHAI want my land for their project bt I am not satisfied with the rate they are providing?can they convert my record land to government khas?
People like you can never satisfy... In rural areas, compensation will be 4x of market value, whereas in urban areas, it will be 2x of market value... If still you are not satisfied, then you should pass away from this world...🙏🙏🙏

If we loose our house in acquisition. Do we receive money for house and the land? Or only for land?
One more thing if we loose dairy house it contains cows and buffaloes. Do we receive any money in this case? Please reply..
Compensation is to be granted by the specific authority if you are not satisfied knock the door of court under CPC.

PWD acquired our land 2006, without giving compensation.we applied compensation amount but I have one doubt which years stamp paper values considered for right fair compensation amount(2005-06 or recent years) please guide me.
