In case of govt acquisition, as per the judgement of 5 Judges constitutional bench of honourable supreme court, in the matter related to reliance on Sec 24 it was also upheld that the date of official transfer of land will be the date of possession. So will section 9A of CBA Act 1957 will considered to be the date of possession.......
Is section 05 of limitation Act applicable in Right to fair compensation....Act 2013,,, I have not filed reference application since 9 years as award passed by collector in 2015. I am not satisfied with award now want to move an application under sec. 64 of said act but it's bared by law. Is there any SC Hc ruling where sec 64 application allowed after many years.

Sir, only half of the shop is coming under the measurement length. Since half of the shop is going to get demolished we have to shift our shop to a new location. So, I wanted to ask how the compensation will be awarded? The engineer here says compensation will be given only for half of the shop.

2015 में जनपद कौशांबी तहसील सिराथू यूपी में 27 गांवो की जमीन एनएच 2 में अधिग्रहण किया गया। सभी गांवों का अवॉर्ड 5500 सौ रूपया प्रति वर्ग मीटर बनाया गया,2017 में 5गांवों का मुआवजा 5500सौ रूपया प्रति वर्ग मीटर के हिसाब से बाट दिया, मुआवजा बनाने के कुछ गावों में 3 महीने कुछ गावों 16 महीने बाद अवॉर्ड बदल दिया 680 रूपया प्रति वर्ग मीटर कर दिया , कुछ22गांवो को मुआवजा नही दिया, धारा 11 के प्रकाशन के पश्चात क्या अवॉर्ड बदला जा सकता बीना किसी सक्षम अधिकारी के।

l have four acre land in which one acre land aquired by NHI nagpur indore compensstion has been recieved Sir my balance land three acres land whether it is connected with Highway The district SDM is denied to accept that the land is not connect or on highway The SDM again aquired 25 dismil on 20.7.23 and 16dismil on 1.2.2023 the competition recieved on collector guidline As per rule compensation should be double . Kindly clear whther land is on the high way or not. NR Dugaya Harda

As per Schedule II, Are all land & property titel holder entitled for displacement benifit ???
