I LOVE the hidden laundry door! In our new home our master closet/bathroom is on the other side of our laundry room so it would be nice to do something like that! Thanks for the tipe :)

Bosch dishwashers are the best, I've had mine going on 20 years and it's still going 💪, they still sell my model that how good it had been, but I'm ready to retire it and purchase me the 500 or 800 model... nothing wrong with mine at all... I'm just ready to upgrade it. 😂😂😂

Absolutely love the ideas.
I designed my home with a Costco door going directly into the walk in pantry.
The door is raised to table high (26") and has a little cabinet with 2 drawers for cutting tools and zip lock bags a and butcher block top. It's placed in front of the Costco door in the garage right next to the big garbage can.
I cut and remove most of the packaging which does not enter the house.

We had a local door company build it for us, they basically cut down a larger door, and the hardware is from Emtek!

The door from the garage is an awesome idea, however, I suspect it is not a fire rated door. These are a must for any entry from the garage to the house. Otherwise, you risk fire and/or smoke from the garage getting to the house. Insurance WILL NOT pay for any damages and loss of life could occur. All doors, all walls, and ceilings between the house and garage must be a fire barrier. Fire doors cannot be cut down. They must be tested and approved as a fire door as it will be installed.

trash cans in drawers sound great but it is a disgusting mess after a couple years of use.
Good grief you only have 4 kids. two dishwashers is a tad excessive. I grew up in a family with 9 kids no dishwasher and I have 5 kids. How did we survive on one dishwasher.
