I’ve gotta give AR credit, but AD needs help just like AR got help by putting Max in the starting lineup

    Someone told AUSTIN REAVES, to
Attack, and drive. Now he is in WAR Attack mode.

I agree we need a PG not because reaves can’t play make even if we get a PG he should still have e the ball a lot but because the amount of responsibility we are putting on Reaves is way to much. And having someone who can take the ball up the court and take pressure of him will go a long way in making sure he maintains this form

AR does not always get a good whistle. Depends on the refs. Also, he shot better than 1-4 from 3. Heaving up two 3s with the game over doesn’t count for me. Same with his half court heaves at the end of quarters. If you look at his advanced stats and eliminated 3s from beyond 28 feet, his 3 point percentage is much higher. That doesn’t even account for when LeBron plays last second past the grenade with the shot clock winding down 3s. Good show.

He's a liability on defense, slow footed and he gets bullied, needs to improve his strength 💪

I don’t care how many points this guy scores; I still see nothing but a 6th man on a winning team… Go get me DeJaunte Murray as my PG now we talking… they shout AR extra loud when he does good but games he gets absolutely obliterated by more athletic guards no one blames him… GTFOH

I can’t speak for any other AR Stans but my main issue with your criticism of Reaves is that you bash him for things that you wouldn’t call anyone else out for. Example: there were instances this season where AR had 15ish points in the first half and finished the game with 17-19 points and you claim he’s only “consistent for games one half at a time now” or a specific instance I recall is a game where AR had 20 points and went 12 of 14 from the free throw line. You claimed because he scored 12 points on free throws he really only had 8 points. That’s a true hater way to spin the narrative. If fucking Max Christie were able to score 12 points in a game at the free throw line you’d be heaping praise on him for getting the other team in foul trouble and for displaying offensive brilliance with his way to draw fouls, but since you want so badly to be right about AR not being “him” you have to downplay it. Look, is AR capable of being the 3rd best player on a championship team? Probably not. Unless all the pieces fit harmoniously and perform to their utmost abilities. But let’s face it, the lakers war chest for trades has been barren since the Westbrook trade, and AR has been a godsend as far as undrafted players coming out of college after their junior years go. Will he always be consistent? No! But that’s what separates the stars from the role players in this league. AR is a T O P tier role player and with the right pieces in place he can rise to the level of impact a star player has on occasion. For $12M a year, he is him.

😂😂😂😂😂 what good team would AR start for besides the Lakers?? And how many of those teams are starting him at PG?? You ppl are don’t make sense with your logic. It’s almost like you’re trolling the ppl who actually like the sport 😂😂😂😂😂😂

@@stormb8433 See this is an argument whose premise I disagree with. Every team is already constructed. And constructed without the ability to include AR on their roster. There’s a lot of contending teams who want Austin Reaves and who would start him. Especially with his contract. Can you imagine the roster Boston’s front office would assemble if they had a guy like AR for 12Mil/yr? Or Sam Presti from the Thunder? The Timberwolves would swap AR and his contract for Jaden Mcdaniels and his contract in a heartbeat. The list can go on and on but AR is better than you claim him to be. As far as point guard goes… did I say he’s a point guard? This roster is severely short on true point guards but anyone who can average 5-6 assists is surely at least a decent playmaker, no? Especially one with a 2.6/1 turnover ratio. Also, I’m not saying the wolves are a contender, but they’d be one if they had AR and could kept KAT and dumped Mcdaniels instead

The Lakers need a PG that makes the team better by getting bench players involved. And not just the star players. TEAM - TOGETHER EVERYONE ACHIEVES MORE

@@Weedinstrangeplaces you bring up nothing but Offense. AR gets cooked on Defense. Teams single him out just like they did DLo in the Denver series. No good team is starting an Austin Reeves!! Especially at PG. and Dlos numbers last year are better than ARs. Not to mention his +/- is more than doubled his!!! All signs point to DLo as the starting PG. but JJ and the LeMedia needed someone to take the blame.
