I've been to every state extensively. There is nowhere else like the Finger Lakes region of NY

You have captured the vibe of the finger lakes…i grew up in the heart of the finger lakes (Owasco Lake) and after a short stint in PA, I couldn’t wait to return. I missed lake life..there is nothing like it and no place like it…there is a wonderful picture book by John Francis McCarthy from Skaneateles . Unfortunately, it is beautiful from May- early November. Summer on the lakes is spectacular, early fall when the leave change is beautiful otherwise winter is long, harsh and difficult to endure

I tend to "hate watch" Finger Lakes videos because the travelers miss everything and have no idea what they are talking about.
Your FL videos are top notch. One interesting tid bit is Susan B Anthony's trial for illegally voting was in Canandaigua. Also The Finger Lakes is Bills Mafia Country so expect crazy if visiting during Football season.
