@@danielwilliams318 Several other RUclips channels have hyped up the storm that just passed and the storm coming in two days as "blizzards!" with massive "disruption!". Well, we got 1/2 inch of snow on the first one spread out over 24 hours, and the next one looks like mostly rain. This channel was the most reliable....as much as I enjoy blizzards...
This site is exactly what I would expect from the author of Digital Atmosphere... excellence. Tenure and meteorological experience are recognized in your voice. Weather maps and attention to detail brings me back time and time again.
I’ve been friends with Tim Vasquez for years he use to always have a booth setup at the Tim and Tim’s stormchaser convention. This guys knowledge is vast and he’s been forecasting the weather for long time
The mountain animations is so cool both directions it really shows how peaked some regions are in 4 corners until it ends north The isobars look so tight wow very interesting
Thank You Tim. Yes we are expecting some light snow here in the San Bernardino mountains above 4500'. Thanks for the in-depth outlook and forecast for the CONUS! Have a good weekend
Thanks Tim, really enjoyed your analysis of the weather in North America/Canada... I will be keeping an eye on the southern stream storm! Its a little colder here in the UK nothing crazy cold...And nice to see its stopped raining 🎉 Thanks Greg for the closing footage, Sunny again 🤣 Have a great weekend Thank you again 👍
Another excellent presentation. Great detail of the different elements that are going on. The arctic blast analysis was really good. I am apparently looking down the barrel of that blast here in NW Montana. Also appreciated your comments about looking too far out, and the comparison to the 2021 blast.
Thanks for a great run down of fun stuff on horizon. Was hoping for some snow in Tucson, but the system is moving fast and it looks like timing is off for a morning snow show.
I dont see any difference between an el nino and el nina. Cold and snowy out west and warm and rain here in the southeast even though alot of meteorologist said it was going to be snowy still no snow in app mountains unless you live in the highest peaks.
This is a nice, calm, and more reasoned counterpoint to the hyperbole of some of the, um, other forecaster channels around here. Ya'll.
Comment of the year and its 1/5
Totally agree. Tim is the Bob Ross of meteorology.
Hi, it's the same here in the UK... The news channel hype every weather event🙄

Very good, detailed video.
Thanx Tim, I really like the. opening segment with the Hemispheric satellite loop. Start with the big picture!

What does the Forecast Lab software use for real time data/sat/nexrad?
