It may be graphic for some people but it's actually a great honour to be there and experience this traditional way of cooking and then to eat it. When you see a pig spread out it makes me realise that there isn't a lot of meat, on this breed of pig anyway. Thank you Luke for taking us along with you.
@@LukeMartin I agree 100%. I've only just started to eat pork. I cook pulled pork in the crock pot for 8 -10 hours and it just pulls apart beautifully. I take the skin of before cooking and I crisp it up and it's so delicious. Thank you taking the time to reply. I wish all of you the best on your travels. If you ever come to New Zealand let me know and if you have the time I could take you around Auckland city. Xx

Thank you for showing Hualien, a less visited part of Taiwan b/c it's on the east coast, and some info on indigenous people. So beautiful and pristine. The roast pig was awesome. may I ask the cost of your meal?

Man, Luke and Sabrina, That was terrific Loved the dumplings but that roast pig took the prize. It is good thing I don't visit Taiwan I would put on to much weight..LOL.. Travel Safe
Except you absolutely should go to Taiwan. I'm visiting in December and I've lost almost 20 pounds in preparation. I'm going to go clear out Taiwan's dumpling and bubble tea supply!
It is what their menu states and what we ordered. We figured it was best to call it what it is on the menu. It must be this restaurant's rendition of XLB
I've been to the dumpling restaurant in Hualien before. They(restaurant) call those xiao long bao, but it is not. More like 肉包, and not juicy at all. Not sure what the hype was all about, but at least for me this wasn't my favorite restaurant.
Where the pig is spread out on is called a rotisserie not a swivel.😳 is your video title names Huge Aboriginal Roast Pig or Original Roast Pig? Cause that is not Aboriginal!!!!!!!!🤔
Plss dont copy mark weins, dont be so fake and copy him, there is only one mark, by keeping your girl and all those things that mark does you can not hide the fact that you try to copy him
You are wrong about this. Yes the Australians native people are called aboriginals, however the word aboriginal is another name for any native person from any country.
looks great! that music is real nice too, who is that? Also why edit out a bunch of content? If you have more footage of other indigenous foods, you could just split into multiple videos :)

Amazing how they do the pig! Totally different than Hawaiian Luau.
How do they do it in Hawaii?
It’s buried in the ground with tea leaves and hot rocks around it then covered in dirt until done. So good.
These edits are dope
Thanks! I appreciate it!
