That spring roll ice cream thingy is one of my faves! I've been to many of those places in this video. Love Yilan! And I'm liking the Chinese teaching too! Great job!
I had the roasted chicken it was so amazing and juicy. The waitress helped us pull it apart though, they gave us the pan juices with lemon to dip in too.
Wow ! Kao ji looks soooo delicious and with its own juice ! Oh my gosh ! Beautiful Vlog as always and thank you to the Taiwanese Ministry of Education for sponsoring ! Zai jian :)
Im happy that the peanut n toffee wrapped in spring roll skin dessert is still around in Taiwan!! No longer available in malaysia.. but was once popular in Penang island in the 70's.
hi luke martin it is lovely to see yilan my home town i live in cambridge england yes your video makes me miss the local street food. yilan is indeed a nice small city peter chang
Great video, nice to be sponsored by something educational. Must visit Taiwan some day. That chicken has got me hungry. Great way of cooking it too, I want one of those "spits" with the catching tray
I'm impressed! The pronunciation is perfect, no obvious accents. Très bon!! Edit: as I continue watching, there is a slight accent (It may be due to over enunciation though. Try to speak it naturally! Bonne chance!)
I think yilan green onion is special breed. The chicken looks good but kind of pricey, but I think those are organic, free range chicken, though. I'd like to see more nature, scenic stuff of Taiwan, lots of nice mountains and hot springs and stuff to explore, I think?
Fu Chen I agree. That seems very very pricey. I’ve been to Taipei many times and food isn’t expensive at all. I would have guessed 20-$25 if Luke didn’t mention $40+. I’m very surprised.
