Thanks for these phrases! I liked hearing these phrases because they are not only useful but they helped me to understand and remember the grammar that you teach in other videos. There are a few other phrases that would be really helpful for me in future videos: "What is that called in Nepali?" "What is this called in Nepali?" "What is he doing?" (these phrases can make it easy to learn new vocabulary - they are language learning "Power tools") "I need X" (e.g. "I need bananas" , "I need a ticket") "I need to X" (e.g. "I need to buy a car", "I need to call the embassy") "Can you please help me?" (these phrases can help us to express our needs and ask for help in Nepal)
A very unique channel. I never thought that there can be such cool videos for studying nepali. I don’t learn this language, but it may help all people who do and probably me in future) thanks!!!
6:44 No problem / It’s alright - Kehi chhaina 7:02 I am hungry - Malaaee bhok laagyo 8:10 Maybe - Hunasakchha 8:56 How do you say [word] in Nepali? [word] laaee nepalimaa ke bhaninchha? 9:14 Is it sure? / Are you sure? - Pakkaa ho? 9:33 Is it true? - Saachai ho?
and for 'maybe', if you find the word 'huna sakcha' too long to remember....just say 'hola' like in spanish saying 'hi'😂.....its easier plus its both casual and formal.
Thanks mam mai India se hu or hmare 10 ke boards khtm hue to maine socha ki koii language hi sikhlete hai fir maine aapka yt channel dekha ache se smjh bhi aata hai 😊 am happy dhanyawad mam 🙏
Thank you for the tutorials, I have a slight suggestion that may help someone like me learn better . Could you show the correlation of the words and structure when you speak the translation Nepali > English . That way we see the grammar in the sentence structure .
Namaste! I am not a total beginner, but still know only little. Just to mention, although you use Namaste as a Hello and Goodbye, the meaning of the word is much greater and I think it has to be mentioned here. I was so fascinated when I found out and I think others will be too. So the actual meaning of Namaste is: 'My soul bows to yours'... I absolutely love how deep it is. Keep up a good work, will be lovely learning from you. Dhanyabad. Namaste.

@@LearnNepaliwithBarsha I have been learning Nepali since last two weeks vigorously. But I am not able to learn it properly because there is no one to correct me(my sentences). Even I took the help of some Apps(ie. English to Nepali and Hindi to Nepali translating apps) but they don't give accurate translation(grammatically). Is there any way to get help from you apart from those classes(videos)?
@@jacobxaxa Right now there aren't any apps where you could find such accurate translations. I am planning to create a discord where everyone would be able to ask their question and I would be happy to answer.

Yes or No can be used as 'Ho' and 'Hoena' or 'hunchha' and 'hudaina' depending on situation. Yes, Namaste can be used in both formal and informal cases.
yes is 'ho' like in hoe and no is 'hoina', pronounce the 'i' like in the word China........I'd say namaste is formal. the most important thing is you say namaste when you meet someone the first time and then on whenever you meet them(within short period gaps), you just start the conversation with 'whats up' or ' k cha' in Nepali......you can say namaste again if you meet them again after a long span(lets say 6 months or a year or maybe many years).....and also namaste doesn't mean goodbye or bye.......... you just say 'gako la' or 'gako hai' which translates to 'im going'.....in formal cases you might say 'maile bida maagey hai' which translates to 'I'll excuse myself'

how can I make conversation in nepali..by text or call is it possible if i try to learn it would better to have conversation in that language. is it possible?
Maile Bujhe here maile is classified as I but ma is I . how do you translate le this is such a hard part while explaining Nepali language to english speakers
Please take a look on transitive and intransitive verb in this video. I have explained when to use ma and when to use maile. ruclips.net/video/jFrTNHzjd6w/видео.html
if you are correct then,"ka ho aile basne chennai ho?" means "where are you living currently? is it chennai?" chennai being a city in India..... but I think you heard someone with Limbu accent and he said,"ka ho aile basne chen yei ho?" which in proper nepali is " ka ho aile basne chai yei ho?" which translates to "Where are you staying/living for now, is this it?"
