Hi Melinda, have you ever used an external CD Drive to Import PES Files from a CD? I have some older CD's that have PES files included that I was trying to use, but nothing comes up in the window. ...As far as designs go. I know that I have the plug in the right port with the right facing pitchfork and the computer mouse picture. can't figure out why it wont-work. I was hoping to use some of these older CD's with PES files on them. But maybe there's some rules about how old they can be. This will be a good video unless you have one out there already.
You should be able to transfer them directly to a usb drive and transfer to your machine. The age of the design doesn’t matter as long as your machine can read the file, ie PES. Have you checked in the B Pocket?
@melindabigleysewblessed I plug the cd reader I bought from the dealer into the USB media drive. Then I press the USB media icon. It's easiest to do it this way versus transfer from cd to USB or SD card to machine.
@melindabigleysewblessed I'm not sure what b pocket is but I have to press the pocket to get to her machine source area where the USB media icon is at.
I look forward to your videos. I always learn something new that helps me with my projects. Is there a place to find the sewing machne design? Thank you for all the wonderful videos!
