- I bought an Adidas ZX750 for £80 on 10th February from JD Sports in Walsall. After a few weeks of light use, they broke - after 90 hours. I took the shoes to make a claim. Then, after a month, I asked the shop about my complaint. They said that I need to get a letter with a decision, only then they can give the money back. They also said if I will not get a letter, I should call 01613937055 to chase them. I didn't get any letter so I called on June 10th. They told me the claim was rejected and they will send back the shoes. I asked for reconsideration because the quality of the shoes is scandalous as you can see on video. Then I've been waiting 4 months and nothing. I did not get any letters or shoes. Today I called again. This time JD customer service told me that they will not send any letters and I had to go to the store. But the store does not want to return money or shoes without a letter. Paragraph 22.

Shameful behaviour and customer service from JD Sports. See the consumer rights act and dont give up!
These are great shoes. Look great, I RUN around the block every day with my pup in them and they look like they are brand new. Had them for a year. Here’s the thing… some shoes are for your foot type (pronation and whatnot) and some aren’t. Gotta learn more about shoes overall Sir.
I was very pleased with them. Only after a week the fabric inside cracked. It was strange because in other shoes it doesn't happen to me. That's why I returned it for a complaint, but JD Sport does not want to give back either money or shoes. I have been to the store where I bought it many times, I have a receipt but they do not want to return the money because they did not accept the complaint, but they also do not want to return the shoes! It's been almost a year!
I have Adidas zx750 trainers , fila were too tight n uncomfortable so I stick with adidas, have a pair got bout 4 years ago and still gd
ZX 750 looks nice but the life span is quite low. I see most fragile is soul. Especially back. Internal mesh torn. To many drawbacks for me. There is no comparison with Adidas Samba. I have many pairs but one for dail walk and they look nearly like new after 7 years.
Adidas Samba is a leather shoe that was not built for running, but for ballsports.
You should compare the ZX750 to the Run 80s,
Many of these shoes NB, adidas are not so great, they cut corners on quality and greedy company do not accept refunds.
For lightweight people and girl it might be ok, heavy guys should look elsewhere.
