- Something a little different this time around- I was fortunate enough to be able to host a panel on wearing EGL fashion as a plus-sized person for the virtual/Twitch version of Paradiso- Purgatorio! If you are interested in wearing this fashion but are holding back based on your size, I hope this video gives you some great and helpful ways to break through and begin your plus-size journey!

I altered two Bodyline JSK’s using the waist ties to add width because 4L was not large enough for me but now I feel comfortable to alter anything!
Im revisiting this 2 years later and I must say that indie brands have really helped. I got an OP from Sweet Milred that has an expandable bust and free waist. And Belladonna, Night Whisper, Joy Amaranthine, and A Gato Gataway have been brands I bought from so far. They have been consistent within the plus size realm of lolita for me.
I haven't heard of Joy amarinthine but I know and love all the other brands you mentioned! Indie designers are fantastic and I love supporting fellow creatives.
Ahh I live in a smaller city in Canada, and I've been struggling to find a seamstress that I can confidently trust my burando with for altering :'( It's a constant struggle, especially now with AP's constant barrage of partially shirred JSK's. I'm glad I'm not the only one who get's irked with sales posts saying "Plus Size Friendly" and the max bust is like 40" at most or it's a gd headbow! Thanks seller, I guess I need the extra extra plus size option.
To the person asking about blouses, I'm also a G-cup, and Chocolate Bunny Store's blouses fit like a dream. They are the first blouses I've ever owned that don't gap at the boobs.
