The title is not correct. The MC actually died and he got reincarnated as an aristocrat and many other famous people from the world the assassin was in also got reincarnated.
This anime is gross and pretty bad, the best part was his history as an older badass assassin on Earth. Oddly though I'd probs still check out season 2 if it gets one.
