Julie has the 2nd most strength based perks in the game! More than Sonny and Ana. With high strength and high proficiency, Julie can tank, distract, and get doors/objectives done paired with perks like No sell, choose fight, slippery, efficient locksmith, etc. Of course if you put all your points into proficiency and strength, then you’re toughness will be low which is a gamble you’ll have to make if you want to be able to fight and open doors..
