They need to rework Liquidation to be a dash. In the games, you slam into the enemy with water and it sometimes lowers defense. All they need to do is make it a dash (like throat chop) and then I feel it'll flow perfectly with surging strikes.
He already has so much mobility it does not need to be a dash It just simply needs a bigger AoE, that’s it. It might feel underwhelming but it’s very important in team fights at keeping you alive and increasing your damage

It took me as glaceon with a delphox kiting the water bear with a blissey body blocking to shut it down completely. Literally all had to scatter in different directions to avoid the chaining

Its definitely worth a try! I enjoyed using the item on them before the buffs. There are lots of great item options for them though so it'll be hard to choose.
A reckoning is coming... Only thing holding it back now is the oodles of CC in the meta. Might pair well with a good Safeguard Blissey or Sableye though.

Its insane now I've tried it like 50 matches out of 10 matches I'm putting out above 100k damage in 8 matches with average of 12-15 kills most being 24 literally u don't die u can take on anyone and kill them run full heal on him its soo freaking strong I'm 1v3ing people even 1v5 sometimes in right condition even end game i destroy except for some Pokemon who are end game monsters even still rekt em he's soo broken bro
This has smogon energy fr. Single Strike was really oppressive in OU so it got banned and since then Rapid Strike has been a consistent top tier meta game threat
Dont Spam Surging strikes like this. The combo is : surging - Auto - shield - surging - Auto - surging - shield. By that Moment all cd should be reseted and u combo again. Playing like that will also make atkspd items useless. You play attack weight / razor / scope. Also I feel the best runes are 6 brown/ 4 white / 4 blue and 2 purple. Well balanced and even more crit. Try it 💪
It's like I always say, if Cris finally finds a way to make a Pokémon/specific moveset dangerously broken, then it's finally balanced for players like me :D
Darksifu is definitely still better as its still unstoppable during charging and has increased defense even if that was nerfed. Rapid-Urshifu is much better now though and should be very viable in lower ranked games. In higher ranked matches there is just so much CC that stops them in their tracks but maybe if it has a Safeguard Blissey or Sableye it can fight back?
hate it when ppl say stuff like this like they know more than everyone else. he has no cc and a budget machamp unite; at least now he has enough mobility and damage with the cdr. And yes he does suffer late game; any mon without a good unite, objective stealing, or cc does and he doesn't have any of that. just because he felt good to you doesn't mean much when his winrate was abysmal compared to mons w similar playstyles like lucario.

Along with that, I'd run either razor and cookie or muscle and attack weight (water bear healing is max HP based though so leaning towards cookie).

You need to try muscle, razor and energy amp. It's so good and amp works perfectly with urshifu's unite
I played 3 games as the new water bear. All 3 over 100k and over 16 kills with the most being 130k and 18 kills

I wrecked enemy team with water bear and I wasn't even in my own server. Definitely works best with Hoopa.
