Zeldagigafan he's done this mission a few times. Bonuses degrade every replay. He's mentioned in another comment that he needs hundreds of takes to get his perfect ghost.
No Traces bonus it's usually 100k points, but it gets a XX% bonus in some missions. And it's not the only one. In this case, it was something like 66% bonus score multiplier, so the game had those "weird" numbers.
Nocto, sonic sensor on your arm, or just pull up the I-Droid and check enemy FOM provided by your Intel team. Honestly, some of the harder parts to stealth are at the beginning of the game, where you don't have these options. You pretty much have to rely on sight and sound to get by, as well as interrogating enemy soldiers. It's a tossup whether or not they'll reveal their comrades' locations though. Rescuing Miller from Da Gwandai Khar in Mission 1 is actually a pain in the butt if you're looking to stealth it.
Done in 10:37?! HOLY CRAP!!! It's nuts how all that splashing didn't alert any guards. It's crazier how D-horse isn't seen as a threat inside an enemy camp. But it's bat shit cuckoo for coco puffs how dude just ran through the Skulls, climbed a cliff, and they never fired a shot at him and just disappeared. They lit my ass up like the 4th of July! 💥💥💥💥💥 Just WOW!
Every time a new stealth game comes out, I always get super excited to play it and check out Prenatual's videos. I've been checking for the past week if you had made any "no traces" videos and I'm so glad to finally see them. I think of all the stealth games I've played, this might be the best. What do you think? Also, I don't understand why there are a ton of hugely popular youtubers who make a lot of money yelling while playing video games, but someone who dances like a ballerina through the hardest Kojima created levels is not as popular.
+arjunr2k I can heartily agree with you on MGS5 being the best stealth game ever. It might not be most difficult, or with the smartest AI, or the prettiest, or with the best story, but overall? When you consider all the things it does right, they easily outweigh all the negatives. In terms of freedom it offers to the player, playstyle variety and the quality of the mission design no other stealth game I played comes close to TPP.

I completely agree. It's just too bad that some people consider game too easy when they can headshot everyone and walk past the corpses (or stunned enemies). They should really try doing something else and see how hard it can get if they limit themselves. After completing the first Metal Gear Solid game with killing just the bosses in action scenes, I really became hooked with this "ghosting" style of play in Stealthier games. It offers and nice challenge and it really makes the game more fun when enemies have NO idea that you have just foiled their plans.
Doing my first playthrough of TPP now and just beat this mission tonight. Still coming to grips with a lot of the mechanics. It took me about an hour to clear the mission because I took the long road through the mountains and had to sneak through multiple enemy outposts/hide from the gunship along the way. Once I got to the fortress, it was incredible. The immersion in this game is like nothing in the rest of the series or any other game for that matter. Impressive.
I thought I was a decent player, but my actions are all normal to your many videos! haha I would hardly try any of these at least to construct a serious run. Love all these (the whole playlist not just these beginning ones) and great job mang. New favorite sub

Dude wtf, you rode through the bases on your horse, went right underneath the enemy gunship, flapped around in the water like a fish just metres from enemies and sprinted past guards without them noticing--if I tried any of that shit I'd be dead. This level took me hours to do and I did it slowly and carefully 😂 Wtf is your secret?!
you should watch a guy on youtube called big saru, he practices so much he can walk right in front of enemies without them noticing because he knows exactly how their ai works and where their blind spots are

Man I wish I could S rank every mission so I could play as Raiden. Also man nice skill to be able to do it fast without making any of the guards even suspicious. But what is up with the frame rate is it the software you use to record or is it just dropping frames because the pc is trying to carry such a heavy load. There’s no way I’d be able to play this game with the frame rate like this. Nice job again man.

Because I thought that long ass journey was fun and didn't want to skip it. If it's not clear, I'm not trying to speedrun the game. There are lots of "non-optimal" stuff in almost every video, because I prefer it that way.

is the second one the one where the skulls see you by the bridge and you have to run away? the first time i played that they actually didnt see me cuz i went under the bridge thinking they would pass over it but they started going down under it cuz they walk toward you so i went back around and over the top of the bridge and they never saw me..

I got S-Rank on Metallic Archaea on my second try and i only used CQC counters, LMG's and Grenade Launchers against the skulls. That's probally because no puppets saw me...
you definetely already know when i posted this reply, but you can still get Cyborg Ninja, but not with raiden because you need to get S Rank on every mission (excluding the Total stealth, Substitence, and Extreme duplicated missions)
You will get the Cyborg Ninja because you completed all main story missions. However to get Raiden you must S all misions, this does not include Substence, Extreme and Total Stealth.
+Deaththekid980 When you pick a mission during free-roam (so you're already on the map), you have to head to certain designated spots to start it. BB plugs his iDroid into it to download the mission brief and then it disappears. What it actually is, is apparently just a radio atop a box.
If you start a main mission in free roam, you get a little Intel box that you scan to start it. The mission title appears, then the box dissapears once the mission starts.
TheUltimateWaifu three years later but I hate to keep a question unanswered If you start a mission on land you are forced to go to one of those things, once you accept this mission it just vanishes from excistence.

There's something about getting "Perfect Stealth" and "No Traces" when you ride a horse in the middle of a huge enemy camp.

Never played metal gear solid before, but I am going through my first play through of this game. While it is difficult on some parts I am enjoying it.

I know you can get Cyboarg Ninja by transferring MGS5: GZ data to MGS5:TPP. I don't know if Raiden is playable.
You will get the Cyborg Ninja because you completed all main story missions.
However to get Raiden you must S all misions, this does not include Substence, Extreme and Total Stealth.
You didn’t need any of the extreme, total stealth, or substistence, but you need quiet exit and man who sold the world. Those are the most important.
