The Lancia Delta Integrales right now are $40,000 or more. Saab 900 Turbos are around $10,000-25,000. One Peugeot 205 GTI was recently sold in the US for $63,000.
@@peterjennings8258 Even £10k was expensive back in 2003!! Unless you're on about an Evoluizione? My Dad sold his 8V Integrale the same year for £3500, after buying it from Italy in 2000 for £1200 😅
@@Travis-guy-247 yes , an evolution 2. But not a special edition, a standard Lord Blu.... although there were only 480 built so kind of limited! I paid £9700
@@peterjennings8258 Wow, beautiful motor mate! I'm kind of sad I missed the boat with these, I was born too late. I'm turning 26 this year and sadly they're already out of my reach. My Dad still has his HF 4WD though, so at least we still have one in the family. 😊 Plus, I managed to buy my real dream car last year (a Mazda RX-7) so I'm very happy about that, the Delta will always be a close second though.
@@Travis-guy-247 yeah I have 21 years on you! My evo is my dream car, it will not be sold in my lifetime. And i suppose I was lucky enough to realise it was as cheap as it was ever going to be in 2003.
the Lancia is worth 5 times it's new price now.....I had a 1.8 diesel pug...loved it....my uncle had several Saab's....he was adamant they were the best ...his 99EMS was gorgeous
Quentin was right on the money until the final hurdle 😅 No one really cares about the XJS anymore, but the other 3, specifically the Delta & 205, are absolute timeless classics now. Surprisingly accurate descriptions throughout the video.
lol. a 2 litre car here in the UK is considered a big engine. Also that Pug weighs about 900kg and the base model was a 1.0 so they essentially stuffed in an engine twice the size for the hot version.
None of them. BMW M2 are you trolling? It looks like any other BMW made in the last 25 years... The R8 looks just looks a bit more sporty than all the other Audis made in the last 25 years which looks all the same. They dont put effort into design anymore.
CaddyPro'59 The M2 is more simple and has less tech than all other compact super sedans. It’s absolutely brilliant to drive. It’s like the 1M, just newer. I don’t really get how you can assume that no modern cars will be classics.
M2 is the same crap as the others. All of them lose 90% value in 8 years, all of them are boring money pits. You can find a 2014 S class V12 for $18k, it lost all value that fast. While the 600 has not lost value at all. Classics are going up in value, modern cars lose it.

I bought my integrale for less than 10k gbp in 2003.... insured for 55k now...crazy.

Surprisingly on the money with these picks, although I'm not sure the XJS has become much of a collectible classic.
Check the prices, and check Mayfair's parking bays. They're the new 500SL.
Once again, he predicted the future
That Lancia was delicious
that Lancia had a _promisuous_ number plate...

Whoever bought classic cars as their latest ride is the smartest person in the world.
Maybe in 2050 the Peugeot 209 is considering as a future classic!!!
I hope Quentin put his money where his mouth was. Because if he didn't, he'll be kicking himself right now.
Lmao, is that Wasaabi
1.9 liter? Huge? Seriously? Wtf? I have drink bottles that are bigger.
Huge! Everything is relative....

lol, how about no?
Even if cars have progressing well, I still have the classics.
Future classics doesnt exist. No car today has the style or character to ever become a classic.
Alfa Romeo 4c and 8c, Ferrari 458, Lamborghini Murcielago, Audi R8, BMW M2.

CaddyPro'59 You’re already wrong. The 458 has been out for 7 years now and still costs about 4/5 of it’s original price.
