Same here, had long hair for few years and now I am back to short hair with 9mm on the sides/back. But it did not take 30min to dry, maybe 15 min. (depends on the length of cause)
But I think that can be solved with a shower, right? Like, if the hair might be the main problem, she can hold her hair in place and put it under a cover (net hair/hat) and just take a shower (not exactly a bath). Then she can just worry about her hair when it's really important. Or IDK. I mean, having thin hair and hair loss sucks. Wish I could relate to your struggle being that I love having long hair but never actually couldn't
i think for the bath part, she should just take showers LOL. hmm i think it's time she gets a maid irl LOL. but yeah...drying the hair part....lol can't do anything about that. maybe getting a really nice hair dryer would help.
ive always just let my hair air dry, but it helps i live in a super arid place and water evaporates easily. although when i lived in kyoto i did the same and it wasn't too bad. i guess it just depends if you're okay with having wet hair for a few hours haha
@@kabob21 Full blown bath, shower all the same. I get in, get out get dry. Women obviously have it MUCH harder in either case and this explanation is very understandable
You don't need to always wet your hair when you take a bath, if anything it's not recommended when you use hot water. I don't know whether she's talking about a bath specifically or just washing your body in general, but I do understand if she doesn't like having a bath specifically because it is a hassle to fill and drain your bathtub every time, that doesn't mean she can't take a shower tho. So what I get is she just doesn't like it and will make excuses to not do it. Stinky orca is stinky.
@@Verosa1410 adding to that Japanese bathing is a bit different from western baths. Japanese baths, you have to wash BEFORE they enter the bathtub. Essentially Japanese baths are a two step process where you clean yourself and then enter the bathtub which is why traditionally the family uses the same bath water that night. Chloe could easily just skip the bathtub part if it really annoys her and I have an older sister that has always had long hair, she could just cover her hair with a shower cap or alternatively just have a shorter hair cut if the dying out part really annoys her. Essentially Chloe is kinda lazy.
The Japanese do live a long time. However, they also have an insanely bizarre tendency to suddenly drop dead at very young ages. The voice actress for Anna Nishikinomiya died at 32 and the legendary Kentaro Miura died in his early 50s despite both being in relatively good health (supposedly).
even for me a guy with short hair, if i dont dry my hair at least with towel asap after bath, i have high chance to catch cold. so its mandatory for me to cover my head with towel until its dry
I'm probably the opposite. I want hot or warm water as possible or I can't take a bath. Also yes taking a bath or shower can be a hassle for girls. Though I hope she takes a bath once a week I guess. By bath as in the one in bathtub. And she don't have to wet her hair if she doesn'twant to. But still not forcing her.
Same, baths take forever and waste a lot of water. I think I’ve only taken two or three baths in my entire life. Showering is more relaxing to me anyway
For me, taking a bath is like a luxury xD I'm surprised on how that's so common in other places. I take showers and I think those also waste too much water. But I exercise and sweat a lot, so there's no way I can ignore taking one everyday without being stinky.
If you want to dry long hair fast use a microfiber hair towel. I have A LOT of hair and it dries super fast if I use a microfiber towel and air dry the rest.
The main reason I hate baths is that the shape of the bathtub is so uncomfortable. You can't really lie down (without submerging your face) and sitting makes your upper body cold. Why does the back wall of the bath need to be vertical? Well, I kinda get why since it makes you less likely to slip while taking a shower, but it definitely sucks when you want to take a bath. Also, baths don't keep their ideal temperature for that long. By the time I'm done, it's usually become lukewarm. That might be because I don't make it very hot to start with since I tend to prefer water that is on the border of warm & hot.
Yeah, it's actually the one thing I'm puzzled about because "bath" is very specific to the use of their small bathtubs in their homes if they have one. The long hair problems are real. Be it girlfriends or sisters, you'll see them with a whip of their long hair still damp even after half an hour or so (and mind you, I live in a tropical, high-humidity country). Add to the typical volume of hair a girl has, getting it dry down to the scalp is extremely time consuming. Some people don't like hairdryers unless they have a cool air function, as heat can really damage and frazzle their hair. In the end, a girl's long hair is both a boon and a bane for them.
why tf is it to hot? isnt that her fault? i mean why doesnt she set the temperature a bit lower if its to hot otherwise? what? so she sets teh temperature always on that hot level and then says its to hot? what? thats literally the meme there the dude puts a pipe into his bike and falls over blaming something else for it
I mean, she doesn't HAVE to have long hair. There's nothing saying she can't shave her head and go for the Sinead O'Connor look! Gotta think in 21st century terms here. Long hair looks nice and all, but I'd respect the hell out of her if she went all baldy for the sake of convenience! That's absolutely what I would do in her position -- especially since she's a vtuber, so her hair length is irrelevant to her avatar anyway. Might as well take things easy!
As a girl, I like to confirm that drying long hair is freaking hassle
Just put on some Iron Maiden and headbang for a couple of minutes. Works for me.
As a bro with long hair, I don't even dry my hair. It auto-dry itself after few hours. I only pat with towel.
same, i have a specific routine that that requires active care for about 6 hours or more for the right results 😩

Now that's Metal
Even as a dude with long hair, it's ass ngl. I just had it cut recently because it got annoying.
I can respect her dedication to being stinky 😤
As a dude with long hair can confirm it's definitely not worth the hassle.
Same here, had long hair for few years and now I am back to short hair with 9mm on the sides/back.

Mine is so thick it can take hours to dry down to the root if I just towel dry and leave it be.
I don't even dry it. I let it dry itself for few hours. I just pat it with a towel and comb it.
But I think that can be solved with a shower, right?

I have long hair too. Really is a hassle and I'll admit it's the reason why I stink for a long time
Just move to a dryer climate. I don't own a hairdryer and my hair dries in 10 minutes.
You’re not a girl and don’t have long hair 😂
If you're drawing a bath anyways, you don't have to always wash your hair, you can just clean your body.
my hair gets greasy if I don't wash it every day, but I've heard of people that wash it only once at week
@@kanishy maybe you should try changing your shampoo, washing your hair everyday may be too harsh on it
i mean, taking a bath is indeed a chore...
a quick 10 mins shower will do just fine.
for once I gotta agree with sakamata
drying long hair is a huge pain
She can just take a shower lol... And she doesn't need to use a skincare mask...
May i ask the bgm of this part? it just sound nice
Stinky but we love her

If water is too hot just make it colder. But I can understand the long hair issue.
So from what I gather Chloe doesn't hate baths per say, she just hates being a woman when it comes to baths. Cause as a guy I hop in, hop out done.
You mean a shower? Cause she’s talking about soaking in a tub full blown bath.

Has no one told the girl about the wonder of cool water?
they dont use cold water, dont like it, and me neither

One more reason maybe that her hair curls up easily in hot bath or in high humidity. But idk, I'm not the orca.

I mean I assume she showers so I don’t blame her for not going through the additional hassle of taking a bath. Sounds tedious.
