    kids are playing quite well.
    But of course you should not allow nasty forks when you have 30 minutes on clock.

    You are never going to promote that a-pawn with your rook in front of it,( rook has to be behind the pawn ) so better try something else
    1. Rg4 Nd1 2.Re4 Nxc3 3. Rxe3 would be much better. Now black has to find only move Nd5 to win, every other move would allow white so many counterthreats.
    For example : 3...Nb5 4.Rae7 and white doubled his rooks on e-file, black queen and knight are powerless against doubled rook threats and checks. White is going to repeat check moves from e-file pretty soon
