  • On today’s adventure we explore some of Winchester’s history, crossing paths with a baseball player that became a Harlem Hellfighter, a postman that owned a livery, and a church that became a school. Then it’s off to learn about the battle of Cedar Creek, crossing paths with a future president, and the Son of the Morning Star. We also make a quick stop at Belle Grove for a great presentation by Ranger Rick. All in all a busy two days of traveling along the Valley Turnpike!
