The movie is pure fiction. It's about ghosts, which don't exist, so how can it be based on a true story? Apparently people need to hear this. This is why you believe in ghosts and fairies and whatnot: Pattern recognition: humans are wired to recognize patterns, even in random stimuli. This tendency can lead to seeing meaningful connections or interpreting random events as paranormal. Cognitive Dissonance: once someone adopts a paranormal belief, they may experience cognitive dissonance and seek out information or experiences that confirm their existing beliefs while dismissing contradictory evidence. Cultural bias: people inherit paranormal beliefs from their families or communities, and these beliefs become deeply ingrained. Media and pop culture: exposure to paranormal themes in movies, tv shows, books, and online media contribute to the normalization and acceptance of paranormal ideas. Sense of control: believing in the paranormal can provide a sense of control in situations where uncertainty or lack of control is prevalent. Need for meaning for the less than intelligent: people may to paranormal explanations when facing difficult or unexplainable circumstances as a way to find meaning or purpose. Anecdotal evidence: anecdotes, while subjective, strongly influence beliefs of the weak of mind. Coping mechanisms: believing in an afterlife or the ability to communicate with the deceased can be a coping mechanism for dealing with grief or trauma. Fear of the unknown: the unknown and uncertainty about the future can lead people to seek explanations in the supernatural realm. Fear of death: believing in an afterlife or communication with spirits can provide comfort and alleviate fear of mortality. Conformity: people adopt paranormal beliefs due to social pressure or a desire to conform to the beliefs of their social circles.

Vicki is clearly the one that enjoys these type of movies. She is smiling thought most of the movie while everyone else endures. She would enjoy Sinister for the crimes. However, it isn't that scary and isn't a true story.
I’m not the only one who saw someome behind them at 44:43, right?

The board got its curious name through Helen Peters, the sister-in-law of one of the original investors. She fancied herself a strong medium, and when she asked the board what it would like to be called, her hands spelled out the word “Ouija.” When asked what that meant, the board replied “good luck.” Seeing how that was sufficiently creepy, the name stuck.
I hate you guys for that guy who came out the back
loving your videos but when you play the video you might as well play the sound also considering when she calls out the Demons name/ect its one of the best parts. Captions do not compare

Hey guys, great reaction. Please, please, please react to the Nun next. It's awesome. And the young woman in it is the little sister of the woman who plays Lorraine Warren.💖
I am writing this to help out with these ladies and this video and this channel with the algorithm ✌️❤️😚☺️
Movies are not even close to real life. I am not dumb enough to go where I am scared to go.
