    JOE = 🐐, people dont seem to understand the importance of how Joe truly got everyone to bite into the fact of " We win as a team, & lose as a team. Do you want selfish trophies/recognitions or focus on Wins & Championships. And he is truly humble & cares about his people all around. Got everyone playing as a team & no selfishness.
    And JOE never falls into the hands of the press "
    JOE is GOAT 🐐⁉️

    Joe shut down their big gun in the middle. He was about to torch Porz. I liked that if he beat Porz another big would be waiting... Ime got a taste of real offensive show.

      Ime Udoka struggles on offense, so he has to rely on talent. He needs an offensive assistant coach. The Celtics defense was good 3 years ago, but on offense, it was individual talent.

      @@tylerriley2587 To an extent, but this Rockets team is also a lot like that 2022 team in that their no.1 & 2 options aren't really great facilitators in the halfcourt. JT was still very inconsistent that year. I'm sure if you gave Ime this year's team he'd be able to do a lot more. Ultimately the Rockets are still very young and are probably a few years out from being real contenders.

      @@geraldkho4585 but would our offense look good under Ime with this current Celtics team because I know the defense would be good.

    Coach Joe Mazzulla if your team get BIG LEAD in 4th quarter time BENCH your starter

    • @docdollaz8313
      @docdollaz8313 18 дней назад +2

      No, you bench your starters and there will be a come back. You bench 3 starters after the halfway point of the 4th quarter and the other 2 when there is 3 mins left. Never fully take your foot off the gas.

      But, also on how he got everyone to really bite down into.
      We are a team, we win together or lose together and players playing unselfish.
      Is the key to our team playing great Defense & Offense.
      People really don't understand the importance in that, JEO is the GOAT 🐐 Period.

      Now if only Ime could coach on offense because he struggles in that area. They claimed the only reason why the Celtics got to the finals was because of individual talent, but the defense was good that year
