Hey Carlo, I thought you hated the toro timemaster and here you are fixing it again lol. I don't even bother with the switch anymore. To stop the motor, I just touch the two wires together. Done! The wire will catch on a bush or something will will pull out. Good idea anyways if you want a switch. Great video!
I just left the wires loose and short them together when I kill it. I got another Timemaster the other day Carlo from a guy that buys "return pallets" from Home Depot. It was returned because transmission failed. He had a new transmission for it but not installed yet and made me a good deal to take it as is. I had no problem with that since I am now a Timemaster master mechanic lol, and those are easy to install after you have done a couple.
@thecuttingforce I'm glad I figured out I could just yank those wires out and connect them together to shut it off. The wires got pulled on once and it started acting up. I asked that several times on forums, nobody had an answer.
Dude I’ve given up on that off switch. Mine broke for what feels like the 6th time so now i just use a deck scraper to ground out the spark plug to the engine.

People try starting the mower with the switch in the off position and think its broken. Thats my guess.
