Insane how he was able to stay so composed during it.
If anybody is wondering why he needed to stop, it’s because when you panic attack it’s hard to breathe, that’s why you can hear him taking such deep breaths.

Panic disorder is no joke and it is real. Sir you handled this so well and I am so impressed with you. Don’t listen to the uneducated people. I know exactly what it is you went there was I’ve experienced it myself with a full diagnosis of panic disorder. The stigma is real. Anxiety is no joke. Itt feels like your ACTUALLY dhing. He is certainly not dramatic. I could write a huge paragraph explaining what it feels like but people who don't suffer from it can't understand.
