In my personal opinion, C4 out of all the Carter’s is the weakest quality wise but it came out when I was a Junior in High School so I do find the album nostalgic. Overall now years later I enjoy it more but i liked it when it came out.

This album is overrated imo. Loved the intro, interlude, and outro tracks though. C3 is the most overrated project that Wayne has put out to me. Too many duds on it to be considered a classic imo.
