I absolutely love Ali siddiq comedy style and his whole presence while telling his life stories and making it so hilarious wishing him nothing but love and success
I don’t like the over talking but I love when he shares similar stories. I’ve learned a lot about the behind the scenes stuff involving stand up because of it. He’s usually just relating to the guest when he does that anyway. “Trying to out story” doesn’t even really seem like Gary’s personality if you think about it.
I can imagine it’s hard when a podcast turns into a conversation, forgetting that the guest is a guest lol he probably so use to talking with friends . I see a lot of podcasters do this, for the viewer though, we don’t like it lol not too much

Two of my favorites…..I’ve seen both of these men in person…Gary a few years ago twice and Ali last summer. I am mesmerized by Ali….he sat on that stool and we asked for more and the set was over 2 hrs in a club…He is an amazing storyteller. I think hes is the best.
I met Gary and Jo Koy on two different instances while they were on tour passing thru just visiting at this pilot truck stop in middle of nowhere indiana. Both were just flattered I knew them. Middle of nowhere. Jo said to one of his entourage “yknow what you’re gadam right I got fans!” An I said hhhhhhhail yeah bud bring it in👊. And since then he starred in a new movie and dropped a new Netflix special. Because he’s so freakin nice. People have to want to do things with you. That’s why he’s so successful.
Funny thing about being a 70s baby is I didn't even realize it was in black and white 😅 I was so into the show that color was irrelevant; 70s babies are used to seeing "TV" in multiple levels of color because our grandparents were still watching black & white and then things became colorized 😂 We were here before color TV, cable, cell phones, computers, etc. 😆 Even color TV has changed over the years. The Forgotten Generation (Gen X) has seen it all!!!!! 🤣 Great choice of color Ali Siddiq...very creative ❤

I was at the filming of domino effect 2 and omg ali knows how to work a room it was surreal. It was like Ali was having a conversation with every member of that room. He's one of the best story tellers of our time.

Seen Gary Owens in the bathroom at a comedy club one day. I wanted to say some like, can I get a autograph or a picture but it was the most awkward time. So all I said was, what’s up. Lol but he was funny as hell at the Funnybone in Richmond. Then Ali came to the Funnybone and I missed it. I was so upset at myself. Really wanted to see him live. Smh
