What exactly does she teach these girls that they don't already know? How can she tell them what a good relationship is.....don't they already know. I love how they never give you any specifics or details....like it matters.
The inherent problem with the shidduch system is it is designed for people to get married preferably in their early 20's when they are young and dumb to their early 30's at the latest. After that you are considered basically worthless in the Orthodox Community and frowned upon. Otherwise, there are many people pity you, but for sure they do not respect you. So, unless you grew-up in the system or got exposed to the system in your teens/early twenties statistically and unfortunately it will not work. That's my two cents.
